背景技术
现有的桥式起重机减速机的齿轮在啮合传动过程中产生热量，使减速器内温度升高、压力增大、润滑油脂变稀，齿轮旋转把油脂飞溅到减速器壳体内壁各个角落，在壳体密封不严密处产生漏油和渗漏现象，这样不仅浪费了很多润滑油，而且对生产环境造成污染。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有的桥式起重机减速机漏油的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种防漏油的桥式起重机减速机，包括壳体、输出轴、齿轮轴、端盖、压盖，端盖包括第一端盖、第二端盖，其特征在于所述的齿轮轴上设有挡油盘，所述的第一端盖、第二端盖与壳体配合面靠近压盖处设有内嵌O型橡胶油封的凹槽，所述第一端盖与输出轴配合面靠近压盖处设有内嵌J型骨架油封的沟槽。
本实用新型采用的有益效果是：采用了这种结构后，减速机工作时齿轮带动油脂飞溅，大部分油脂被挡油盘阻流；部分未被挡油盘阻流的油脂进入输出轴，J型骨架油封遮断了漏油间隙；设置的O型橡胶油封保证了端盖与壳体装配间隙处的密封。
