现有的钢芯是一根圆柱形不锈钢管，因钢管采用的是不锈钢，其表面较为光滑，将此钢芯装入钢管中，如受到颠簸，振动时会导致钢芯脱落，从而造成氩弧焊接时焊点堵塞。
发明任务：
本实用新型的任务是提出降低产品报废、提高产品质量的一种防脱落钢芯。本实用新型的任务是这样完成的，它包括钢芯，其特征在于：在钢芯的外表面背靠背方向加工有凸起的倒刺。所述倒刺的材料采用不锈钢制作。本实用新型具有以下效果：利用鱼钩倒刺的原理加工出钢芯，将钢芯装入铝管后倒刺能够卡住铝管壁，从而起到防止钢芯的脱落。
