Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种有机肥条垛式好氧发酵通气管。该通气管选用圆形的PVC材质,采用蛇形连接,管壁设有通气孔。本实用新型适用于有机肥条垛式好氧发酵工艺,可有效的保障有机肥好氧发酵阶段氧气的供给和水分的散失。该实用新型可有效缩短好氧发酵的周期且经济、简单、实用。

本实用新型涉及有机肥好氧发酵领域,更具体的说是涉及到一种有机肥条垛式好氧发酵通气管领域。
背景技术:
有机肥发酵是一个分解过程,它包括在最适宜的状态下有机残渣的微生物转化及借助微小有机体形成腐殖质。发酵一般可描述为厌氧或好氧过程。好氧分解过程一般在有氧和有水的情况下产生,它的形成如下所示:有机物质+好氧菌+氧气+水→二氧化碳+水(蒸气状态)+硝酸盐+硫酸盐+氧化物。
好氧分解后的产物是通过适湿细菌的微妙活动而形成的,适湿细菌吞食有机残渣中的碳元素,在呼吸中消耗氧,产生二氧化碳,二氧化碳实际是一种细菌呼吸及磨擦后所产生的气体。这种反应过程无任何有害物质产生,尽管没有一种生物分解是无味的,但经过正确处理的好氧发酵所产生的气味很小。因此,目前普遍采用好氧发酵工艺。好氧发酵中关键是好氧菌的活性高低,而好氧菌的活性又取决于在发酵过程中有无充足的氧气供应。如有充足氧气那么微生物的活动将不受任何抑制,并且会迅速增殖,加快发酵速度。目前好氧发酵多采用机械翻堆,这样增加了成本。采用通气管方式可提高氧气供给的效率且大大降低生产成本。

本实用新型涉及一种有机肥条垛式好氧发酵通气管。该通气管(1)采用圆形的PVC材质,采用蛇形连接,管壁设有通气孔(2)。本实用新型适用于有机肥条垛式好氧发酵工艺,可有效的保障有机肥好氧发酵阶段氧气的供给和水分的散失。
上述通气管(1)管径为90-120mm,通气孔(2)直径为10-15mm,通气孔(2)之间间距为100-150mm。

具体实施方式:
在进行有机肥条垛式好氧发酵时先将直径为90mm的PVC材质的通气管(1)按照蛇形方式进行连接,连接后在管身打上孔径为10mm的通气孔(2),通气孔(2)之间间距为100mm,然后将通气管(1)平铺于地面将有机肥发酵原料铺于通气管(1)上覆盖堆垛,并于通气管(1)的一端接鼓风机定时打氧进行好氧发酵。

1.一种有机肥条垛式好氧发酵通气管,其特征在于:该通气管选用圆形的PVC材质,采用蛇形连接,管壁设有通气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机肥条垛式好氧发酵通气管,其特征在于:所述的圆形PVC管管径为90-120mm,通气孔直径为10-15mm,通气孔之间间距为100-150mm。
