Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种卷盘式喷灌机PE管支架结构，在PE管支架的横杆上设置一个滑轮，本实用新型由于在PE管支架的横杆上设置了一个滑轮结构，因此在喷洒过程中，PE管随喷头移动，与PE管支架发生的摩擦力大大减小，从而提高了基础效率。

本实用新型涉及一种支架结构，特别是涉及一种卷盘式喷灌机PE管支架结构。
背景技术
卷盘式喷灌机利用喷灌压力水驱动水涡轮旋转，经变速装置驱动绞盘旋转并牵引喷头车自动移动和喷洒的灌溉机械。PE管由焊接在车架上的PE管支架支撑。现有的PE管支架支撑为铁板焊接而成，在喷洒过程中，PE管随喷头移动，与PE管支架发生摩擦力较大，基础效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种卷盘式喷灌机PE管支架结构，可减小PE管支架与PE管支架支撑之间的摩擦力，提高基础效率。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
本实用新型的卷盘式喷灌机PE管支架结构，在PE管支架的横杆上设置一个滑轮。
由于在PE管支架的横杆上设置了一个滑轮结构，因此在喷洒过程中，PE管随喷头移动，与PE管支架发生的摩擦力大大减小，从而提高了基础效率低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行说明。
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型的卷盘式喷灌机PE管支架结构，在PE管支架1的横杆上设置一个滑轮2。
本实施例优选尼龙材质的滑轮2,因为尼龙滑轮重量轻，耐磨性好，使用寿命长，保护PE管，延长其使用寿命。
由于在PE管支架1的横杆上设置了一个滑轮2结构，因此在喷洒过程中，PE管随喷头移动，与PE管支架1发生的摩擦力大大减小，从而提高了基础效率低。

1.一种卷盘式喷灌机PE管支架结构，其特征是：在PE管支架（1）的横杆上设置一个滑轮（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述卷盘式喷灌机PE管支架结构，其特征是：所述滑轮（2）为尼龙滑轮。
