Abstract
本实用新型为管材外表面清理装置，管材后加工领域，主要包括钢丝轮刷，钢丝轮刷设置在由电机带动的中轴上，特点是钢丝轮刷的中轴与管材中心线垂直设置。所述钢丝轮刷由多根硬质的立式钢丝组成，钢丝设置在中轴上，且沿中轴呈圆形分布。所述钢丝轮刷悬挂在支撑架上，该支撑架上设置有滚轮，滚轮在电机带动下沿道轨直线移动。所述道轨与管材中心线平行设置。实现了钢丝轮刷沿管材的轴向转动，增大了与管材的接触面和作用力，提高了摩擦系数，增强了钢丝轮刷摩擦清理，清理速度快、效率高，清理效果显著，有效提高了管材的外观性能。

技术领域
本实用新型属于管材后加工领域，具体说是一种管材外表面清理装置。
背景技术
金属管材生产过程中形成的管坯，外表面会附着有氧化皮、涂料、灰尘等杂物，严重影响防腐涂层的附着力和产品表面质量，进而影响防腐效果和产品美观度。目前管材生产企业普遍采用钢丝轮刷进行外表面清理，钢丝轮刷的中轴与管材中心线平行，钢丝轮刷在做转动的同时沿管材轴向往复运动。但由于钢丝轮刷与管材接触面太小，摩擦清理效果差，同时管材易随钢丝轮刷反向转动，影响外表面清理。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种提高钢丝轮刷摩擦清理的管材外表面清理装置。
本实用新型是这样实现的：
管材外表面清理装置，主要包括钢丝轮刷，钢丝轮刷设置在由电机带动的中轴上，其特征在于：所述钢丝轮刷的中轴与管材中心线垂直设置。
本实用新型采用上述结构后，由于钢丝轮刷沿管材的轴向转动，增大了与管材的接触面和作用力，提高了摩擦系数，增强了钢丝轮刷摩擦清理，同时避免了管材随钢丝轮刷反向转动无法实现清理的问题，清理速度快、效率高，清理效果显著，有效提高了管材的外观性能。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作详细说明。
如附图所示，本实用新型为一种管材外表面清理装置，主要包括钢丝轮刷1，钢丝轮刷1设置在由电机7带动的中轴3上，钢丝轮刷1的中轴3与管材4中心线垂直设置。所述钢丝轮刷1由多根硬质的立式钢丝组成，钢丝设置在中轴3上，且沿中轴3呈圆形分布。所述钢丝轮刷1悬挂在支撑架5上，该支撑架5上设置有滚轮6，滚轮6在电机7带动下沿道轨2直线移动，道轨2与管材4中心线平行设置。通过电机7驱动和滚轮6装置实现钢丝轮刷1沿管材4表面做轴向往复运动，同时自身做高速旋转。
管材4在工作架上通过电机7带动，沿轴线为中心转动；通过调整道道与管材4之间的距离，增大钢丝轮刷1和管材4之间的作用力，通过摩擦实现管材外表面清理。

1.管材外表面清理装置，主要包括钢丝轮刷(1)，钢丝轮刷(1)设置在由电机(7)带动的中轴(3)上，其特征在于：所述钢丝轮刷(1)的中轴(3)与管材(4)中心线垂直设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管材外表面清理装置，其特征在于：所述钢丝轮刷(1)由多根硬质的立式钢丝组成，钢丝设置在中轴(3)上，且沿中轴(3)呈圆形分布。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的管材外表面清理装置，其特征在于：所述钢丝轮刷(1)悬挂在支撑架(5)上，该支撑架(5)上设置有滚轮(6)，滚轮(6)在电机(7)带动下沿道轨(2)直线移动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的管材外表面清理装置，其特征在于：所述道轨(2)与管材(4)中心线平行设置。
