Abstract

一种侧装旋转灯,包括一本体、多个LED光源、一透光罩及一接电头。其中该本体呈U字形结构体,该本体的一端部具有一连接部,另一端部延伸设有二支臂,该二支臂间形成有一气流通道,且该本体的一面形成有一设置面供以设置该等LED光源,并由呈半圆弧形罩体结构的该透光罩,包覆于该本体对应该等LED光源的一侧,该接电头设于该连接部上且与该等LED光源电性连接。据而利用该气流通道快速驱散该等LED光源使用时的热量,避免该等LED光源受热干扰的光衰现象及寿命降低等问题,且可旋转该本体而调整照明角度。

侧装旋转灯
技术领域
本实用新型属于照明灯具的领域,尤指一种具有气流通道的设计,而能有效解决热干扰的侧装旋转灯。
背景技术
近年来,发光二极管(Light-emitting diode,LED)的发展日新月异,且因具有低耗能、高发光效能、不易破损与长使用寿命等优势,而被大量应用于照明用途,大幅提升生活品质。但,LED使用时所产生的热量会产生热干扰现象,而造成照明时的光衰现象以及使用寿命大幅降低等问题,因此,散热问题一直是相关领域业者极欲改善的缺点。
而,一般的LED照明灯具,如:LED灯泡为了提升其散热效果,大多利用导热良好的金属材质如:铜金属或铝金属等,而制成的散热鳍片以增加热传导面积,实际上,由于该等散热鳍片是设置于LED的背面,故仅能传导有限的热量。又因LED的正面为求美观、防水、防尘或是扩散光线等功效而包覆设有一透光罩,因此由LED正面所发出的热量无法藉由该等散热片或是热对流的方式驱散,导致该等散热鳍片的散热效果不彰,且该等散热鳍片过度夸大的设计,不仅增加了制造及材料成本,且对于外在的美观性也有极大的影响。
再者,由于LED为直射光而使其光线具有指向性,且多应用于投射照明一固定区域,而使得照明范围受到一定的限制,此亦为LED灯泡在使用上的一大缺陷。因此,若搭配相应的灯具设计则可充分发挥实质的照明效益,将LED光源的优点充分实现于生活中。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的主要目的,旨在提供一种侧装旋转灯,利用呈U字型一本体具有一气流通道,以将多个LED光源所产生的热量快速驱散,而避免热干扰的现象发生。
本实用新型的次一目的,旨在提供一种侧装旋转灯,于该本体上设有多个散热部,而能有效驱散该等LED光源所产生的热量,大幅提升其散热效率,并有效提升其发光效果及延长使用寿命。
本实用新型的另一目的,旨在提供一种侧装旋转灯,于该本体与一接电头间设有一可360度转动的结构设计,以调整使用时的照明角度,而提升其照明效果。
为达上述目的,本实用新型的侧装旋转灯,其包括:一本体,呈U字形结构体,该本体的一端部具有一连接部,另一端部延伸设有二支臂,该二支臂间形成有一气流通道,且该本体的一面形成有一设置面;多个LED光源,设于该设置面上;一透光罩,呈半圆弧形罩体结构,设置于该本体对应该等LED光源的一侧;及一接电头,设于该本体的该连接部,且与该等LED光源电性连接。其中,该本体选自如铜金属、铝金属或陶土其中的一种而制成。其中,该接电头为螺纹型式设置而可以螺合方式锁固于传统的灯泡座上。
于一实施例中,本实用新型的该侧装旋转灯更具有多个散热部,设置于对应该等LED光源的该本体的另一面上,且该等散热部为间隔设置的块状结构体或为间隔设置的片状结构体。
于一实施例中,为了提升其使用时的照明效果该接电头对应该连接部而设有一枢转部,该枢转部与该连接部相互枢接而能360度旋转,以调整使用时的照明角度。
本实用新型的有益效果在于,利用本体的气流通道的设计,而使透光罩内部与外部形成连通,故能将LED光源使用时的热量透过散热部及气流通道作驱散,而避免发生热干扰现象所造成的光衰现象及寿命降低等问题。再者,本实用新型透过连接部及枢转部的结合方式,而使得本体可相对接电头作360度的旋转,是以,当接电头螺设于一灯泡座时,本实用新型仍可调整该等LED光源12的照射角度,大幅提升如照射角度及照射范围等效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,就本实用新型上述的和另外的技术特征和优点做进一步地说明。
请参阅图1、2、3、4,为本实用新型较佳实施例的立体分解图及其组合后的侧面剖视图、下方剖视图及其前方剖视图。如图中所示,本实用新型的侧装旋转灯1包括一本体11、多个LED光源12、一透光罩13及一接电头14。
其中该本体11选自如铜金属、铝金属或陶土其中的一种而制成的U字形结构体,该本体11的一端部具有一连接部111,另一端部延伸设有二支臂112,该二支臂112间形成有一气流通道113,且该本体11的一面形成有一设置面114(平面)。应注意的是,由该二支臂112所形成的该气流通道113亦可单独形成于该设置面114的另一面上,使该气流通道113与该设置面114并未形成连通,该设置面114的另一面则以多个呈弧形向内的爪状结构体,以对称设置该面的二侧缘的方式而形成该气体通道113,该设置面114相对于该二支臂112则形成一矩形平面。
该等LED光源12设于该设置面114上,如图中所示,该等LED光源12以等距间隔的方式而分别设置于对应该对支臂112及该本体11上的该设置面114上;然而,该等LED光源12所使用的型式、数量及其颜色等,不应以此为限,故于此不再赘述。
该透光罩13以透光的压克力或塑胶等材质而制成的半圆弧形罩体结构,其设置于该本体11对应该等LED光源12的一侧。应注意的是,该透光罩13的二侧缘分别设有一卡扣部131,该本体11对应该等卡扣部131而设有一卡槽115,供以将该透光罩13扣设于该本体11上,而提升组装时的便利性。
该接电头14对应该本体11的该连接部111而设置有一枢转部141,该枢转部141与该连接部111相互枢接,而能使该本体11相对该接电头14作360度的旋转,且该接电头14与该等LED光源12电性连接。应注意的是,本实用新型所使用的该接电头14选用国际通用的E27螺纹型式、E26螺纹型式、E17螺纹型式、E14螺纹型式、E40螺纹型式或E39螺纹型式等设置。
另外,于对应设置该等LED光源12的该本体11的另一面上,设置有多个散热部116,且该等散热部116选用间隔设置的块状结构体,或是间隔设置的片状结构体,而增加该本体11外表面的散热面积,而能够有效提升散热效率。
另外,请一并参阅第5图,为本实用新型较佳实施例的另一种实施态样。如图中所示,该本体11同样以铜金属、铝金属或陶土其中的一种而制成的O字形结构体,其余构件及组装方式与前述者相同,于此不再赘述。
综上,本实用新型的该侧装旋转灯1利用该本体11的该气流通道113的设计,而使该透光罩13内部与外部形成连通,故能将该等LED光源12使用时的热量,透过该等散热部116及该气流通道113作驱散,而避免发生热干扰现象所造成的光衰现象及寿命降低等问题。再者,本实用新型透过该连接部111及该枢转部141的结合方式,而使得该本体11可相对该接电头14作360度的旋转,是以,当该接电头14螺设于一灯泡座时,本实用新型仍可调整该等LED光源12的照射角度,大幅提升如照射角度及照射范围等效果。
以上所述者仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非用以限定本实用新型实施的范围,故该所属技术领域中具有通常知识者,或是熟悉此技术所作出等效或轻易的变化者,在不脱离本实用新型的精神与范围下所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应涵盖于本实用新型的专利范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种侧装旋转灯,其特征在于,包括:
一本体,呈U字形结构体,该本体的一端部具有一连接部,另一端部延伸设有二支臂,该二支臂间形成有一气流通道,且该本体的一面形成有一设置面;
多个LED光源,设于该设置面上;
一透光罩,呈半圆弧形罩体结构,设置于该本体对应该等LED光源的一侧;及
一接电头,设于该本体的该连接部,且与该等LED光源电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的侧装旋转灯,其特征在于,该本体选自铜金属、铝金属或陶土其中的一种而制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的侧装旋转灯,其特征在于,更具有多个散热部,设置于对应该等LED光源的该本体的另一面上。
4.如权利要求3所述的侧装旋转灯,其特征在于,该等散热部为间隔设置的块状结构体。
5.如权利要求3所述的侧装旋转灯,其特征在于,该等散热部为间隔设置的片状结构体。
6.如权利要求1所述的侧装旋转灯,其特征在于,该接电头为螺纹型式设置。
7.如权利要求1所述的侧装旋转灯,其特征在于,该接电头对应该连接部而设有一枢转部,该枢转部与该连接部相互枢接而能360度旋转。
