M441088 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本案係屬於照明燈具的領域,尤指一種具有氣 μ通遏的設計,而能有效解決熱干擾的側裝旋轉燈。 【先前技術】 . 近年來,發光二極體(Light-emitting diode,LED) 之發展日新月異,且因具有低耗能、高發光效能、 不易破損與長使用壽命等優勢,而被大量應用於照 明用途,大幅提昇生活品質。但,LED使用時所產 生之熱量會產生熱干擾現象,而造成照明時的光衰 現象以及使用壽命大幅降低等問題,因此,散熱問 題—直是相關領域業者極欲改善之缺點。 而,一般的LED照明燈具,如:LED燈泡為了 提昇其散熱效果,大多利用導熱良好之金屬材質 如:銅金屬或鋁金屬等,而製成之散熱鰭片以增加 φ 熱傳導面積,實際上,由於該等散熱鰭片係設置於 led之背面,故僅能傳導有限的熱量。復因LED之 正面為求美觀'防水、防塵或是擴散光線等功效而 包覆·設有一透光罩’因此由LED正面所發出的熱量 無法藉由該等散熱片或是熱對流的方式驅散.,導致 該等散熱鰭片的散熱效果不彰,且該等散熱鰭片過' 度誇大之設計,不僅增加了製造及材料成本,且對 於外在之美觀性也有極大的影響。 再者,由於LED係為直射光而使其光線具有指 3 M441088 向性’且多應用於投射照明一固定區域,而使得两 明範圍受到-定的限制,此亦為LED燈泡在使用上 的一大缺陷。因此,若搭配相應之燈具設計則可充 分發揮實質的照明效益,將LED光源之優點充分實 現於生活中。 ' 【新型内容】 有鑑於此,本創作之一目的,旨在提供一種側 .· 裝旋轉燈,俾利用呈u字型—本體具有一氣流通 道,以將複數個LED光源所產生的熱量快速驅散, _ 而避免熱干擾的現象發生。 本創作之次一目的,旨在提供一種侧裝旋轉 燈,俾於該本體上設有複數個散熱部,而能有效驅 散該等LED光源所產生的熱量,大幅提昇其散熱效 率’並有效提昇其發光效果及延長使用壽命。 本創作之另一目的’旨在提供一種側裝旋轉 燈,俾於該本體與一接電頭間設有一可360度轉動 之結構設計,以調整使用時的照明角度,而提昇其 _ 照明效果。 為達上述目的’本創作之側裝旋轉燈,其包括: 一本體,係呈U字形結構體,該本體之一端部係具 有一連接部,另一端部係延伸設有二支臂,該二支 孑間係形成有一氣流通道,且該本體之一面係形成 有—設置面;複數個LED光源,設於該設置面上; 透光罩’係呈半圓弧形罩體結構,設置於該本體 4 對應該等L£D光源之 體之該連接部,匍,及一接電頭,設於該本 m ή ^等LED光源電性連接。其中, 忑本體知選自如銅 而製成。复中: 銘金屬或陶土其中之-者 衣力乂 ,、T,該接帝μ " 人方4 m μ 电碩係螺紋型式設置而可以螺 σ方式鎖固於傳統的燈泡座上。
