Abstract
本发明公开了一种带散热孔的灯泡,在灯座壳体和/或导光灯罩表面设有相应连通其内腔与外界的散热孔,空气通过散热孔则流进/出灯座壳体和导光灯罩内腔,故灯泡发光工作时,其所产生的热量,则可以由散热孔散出外界,使得灯泡内部的热量得到有效散去,同时提高了灯泡的使用寿命,具有结构简单、实用的特点。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及照明灯具,尤其是一种带散热孔的灯泡。
【背景技术】
现有技术中,灯泡其外形结构上都没有设有专用于其散热的结构,特别是当前普及使用的LED灯,LED灯珠设在相应的驱动电路板上,工作时,将产生大量的热量,若该热量得不到有效的及时散去,使用时间长后,将影响LED灯的使用寿命。
本发明即针对上述问题而研究提出。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种带散热孔的灯泡,在灯座壳体和/或导光灯罩表面设有相应连通其内腔与外界的散热孔,空气通过散热孔则流进/出灯座壳体和导光灯罩内腔,故灯泡发光工作时,其所产生的热量,则可以由散热孔散出外界,使得灯泡内部的热量得到有效散去,同时提高了灯泡的使用寿命,具有结构简单、实用的特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明带散热孔的灯泡,包括灯座壳体,所述灯座壳体上设有发光光源组件,所述灯座壳体上还设有用于罩住发光光源组件的导光灯罩,其特征在于所述灯座壳体和/或导光灯罩表面设有相应连通其内腔与外界的散热孔。
所述散热孔为圆孔、椭圆孔或多边形孔。
所述导光灯罩表面设有至少两种或两种以上不同形状的散热孔。
所述灯座壳体与导光灯罩之间卡接或通过螺牙连接。
所述灯座壳体与导光灯罩连接处设有隔热层或隔热片/垫。
所述导光灯罩内侧壁设有隔热层。
与现有技术相比较,本发明设在灯座壳体和/或导光灯罩表面散热孔,散热孔与散热孔之间则形成相应的空气对流,故灯泡发光工作时,其所产生的热量,则被其内腔流动的空气及时散出外界,使得灯泡内部的热量得到有效散去,同时提高了灯泡的使用寿命,具有结构简单、实用的特点。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作详细说明。
如图1-7所示,本发明带散热孔的灯泡,包括灯座壳体1,所述灯座壳体1上设有发光光源组件2,发光光源组件2包括控制电路板 21和设在控制电路板21上的LED灯珠22,所述灯座壳体1上还设有用于罩住发光光源组件2的导光灯罩3,其特征在于所述灯座壳体1和/或导光灯罩3表面设有相应连通其内腔与外界的散热孔4。由于散热孔4与灯座壳体1及导光灯罩3的内腔连通,灯泡周遭的空气通过散热孔4形成经过灯座壳体1及导光灯罩3的内腔对流,进而可及时将灯泡内的热量散去,具有结构简单及实用的特点。
如图1、图3-7所示,根据设计需要,所述散热孔4为圆孔、椭圆孔或多边形孔,所述多边形空包括三角形孔、四边形孔、星形孔等。另外,所述散热孔4采用统一的大小或采用不同大小。
同样地,所述导光灯罩3和/或灯座壳体1表面设有至少两种或两种以上不同形状的散热孔4。
所述灯座壳体1与导光灯罩3之间卡接或通过螺牙连接。如图2 所示,所述灯座壳体1与导光灯罩3之间通过螺牙连接。
为进一步保证灯泡的使用寿命,在所述灯座壳体1与导光灯罩3 连接处设有隔热层或隔热片/垫;以及根据需要,在所述导光灯罩3 内侧壁设有隔热层,本发明中,所述隔热层为石棉涂层,也可以为其它具有隔热效果的涂层;所述隔热片/垫由石棉材料制成的片/垫,或由其他具有隔热效果的材料制成。
Claims (6)
1.带散热孔的灯泡,包括灯座壳体(1),所述灯座壳体(1)上设有发光光源组件(2),所述灯座壳体(1)上还设有用于罩住发光光源组件(2)的导光灯罩(3),其特征在于所述灯座壳体(1)和/或导光灯罩(3)表面设有相应连通其内腔与外界的散热孔(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述带散热孔的灯泡,其特征在于所述散热孔(4)为圆孔、椭圆孔或多边形孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述带散热孔的灯泡,其特征在于所述导光灯罩(3)表面设有至少两种或两种以上不同形状的散热孔(4)。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述带散热孔的灯泡,其特征在于所述灯座壳体(1)与导光灯罩(3)之间卡接或通过螺牙连接。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述带散热孔的灯泡,其特征在于所述灯座壳体(1)与导光灯罩(3)连接处设有隔热层或隔热片/垫。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述带散热孔的灯泡,其特征在于所述导光灯罩(3)内侧壁设有隔热层。
