背景技术
现有的炉管炉膛多是单层密封结构,设备能通气氛,经过气体流量计调控后进入炉管,这样单层结构的炉膛,在通入爆炸性的工艺气氛时,单层炉管如果破裂,会使爆炸性气体(氢气等)直接泄露到加热炉膛内,容易产生爆炸的危险。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种炉管炉膛双管密封结构,解决了炉膛在通过爆炸性的工艺气氛容易爆炸泄漏气体的问题,采用双层密封结构,即使内层的炉管破裂,仍会有外管保护,使爆炸性气体不至于直接泄露到加热炉膛内,避免发生爆炸。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种炉管炉膛双管密封结构,包括内炉管和外炉管,所述内炉管两端均通过内法兰底座和压盖连接密封,外炉管设置于内炉管外,两端短于内炉管两端,外炉管两端通过外法兰底座和压盖连接密封,内法兰底座与外法兰压盖之间设有钢环连接。
所述的内外法兰底座和压盖之间设有硅胶密封圈。

本实用新型设计结构合理,炉管采用不锈钢法兰密封,密封材料为耐高温硅胶圈,法兰与管子之间形成三面密封,保证炉膛的密封性。双层密封结构,即使内层的炉管破裂,仍会有外管保护,使爆炸性气体不至于直接泄露到加热炉膛内,避免发生爆炸。
