具体实施方式
[0013] 下面将结合附图对本实用新型做详细的介绍:如附图所示,本实用新型主要由机架装置4、传输装置3、压接装置2和针床装置I构成,所述的机架装置4由两个支撑架16固定于安装板15两侧构成,该机架装置4上安装有传输装置3,压接装置2通过滚珠丝杆11连接于传输装置3上,该压接装置2上设有针床装置I。所述的传输装置3由光电开关21、步进电机12、防滑皮带10、气缸18、支撑板9、挡板19、导轨20构成,该导轨20内设有防滑皮带10,在该防滑皮带10的上方设有挡板19,且该挡板19固定于导轨20上;防滑皮带10与步进电机12相连,该步进电机12与光电开关21相连;该导轨20安装于两块传输夹板13上,支撑板9固定于气缸18上。所述的压接装置2主要包括针床固定板7,该针床固定板7与滚珠丝杆11相连,该滚珠丝杆11与电机14相连,针床固定板7的一侧上下两 端设有限位开关17。所述的针床装置I主要包括针床6,该针床6固定在针床固定板7上,针床6上设有探针23与定位针24。

[0015] 本实用新型的工作原理为:当人工拿着待检测PCBA板8,放入装置入口,当光电开关21检测到有板时,就会启动步进电机12,步进电机12就会带动防滑皮带10进行转动,此时PCBA板8已经放入防滑皮带10上,就会自动把PCBA板8往装置里面送,当送到某一位置,当另一高精度的光电开关21检测到有板时,触发步进电机12使其马上停止转动,这时PCBA板8平稳停放于皮防滑带10上。当PCBA板8停稳时,另外信号传输给气缸18的电磁阀,使气缸18开始工作,顶起上面PCBA板的支撑板9,然后支撑板9牢牢托住PCBA板8,使PCBA板8脱离线体,软件给气缸18信号,使其停止。这时软件给电机14 一信号,电机14开始转动,通过滚珠丝杆序11拉动针床固定板7开始上下移动,而针床6固定在针床固定板7上,跟着一起上下移动,此时的PCBA板8停在防滑皮带10上,针床6上的探序23与PCBA板8上的针眼,不一定能准确对齐,必须通过针床6上的定位针24与PCBA板8的安装孔再次定位,定位针24的前面为一锥形尖头探性标准件,当一锥形尖头插于PCBA板8的安装孔中,能将其进行准确定位,使针床6上的探针23与PCBA板8上的针眼一定能准确对齐,当针床固定板7继续下移,探针23压缩到一定程度时,确保正常通电,针床固定板7硬碰其下面的限位开关17,这是电机14停止转动,由软件控制电器部分对PCBA板8各关键点进行通电检测,并对检测结果进行保存。测试完后,给电机14信号,通过滚珠丝杆11带动拉动针床固定板7上移,到一定位置,触碰上面的限位开关17,停止不动等待下次动作。当针床固定板7上移同时,电磁阀控制气缸18使其拉动支撑板9回到原位,PCBA板8又回到了防滑皮带10上,软件给步进电机12信号,使其转动把PCBA板8从出口送出,完成检测工作。

Claims (4)
1. 一种PCBA板检测装置,由机架装置(4 )、传输装置(3 )、压接装置(2 )和针床装置(I)构成,其特征在于:所述的机架装置(4)由两个支撑架(16)固定于安装板(15)两侧构成,该机架装置(4 )上安装有传输装置(3 ),压接装置(2 )通过滚珠丝杆(11)连接于传输装置(3 )上,该压接装置(2 )上设有针床装置(I)。
2.根据权利要求I所述的PCBA板检测装置,其特征在于:所述的传输装置(3)由光电开关(21)、步进电机(12)、防滑皮带(10)、气缸(18)、支撑板(9)、挡板(19)、导轨(20)构成,该导轨(20)内设有防滑皮带(10),在该防滑皮带(10)的上方设有挡板(19),且该挡板(19)固定于导轨(20)上;防滑皮带(10)与步进电机(12)相连,该步进电机(12)与光电开关(21)相连;该导轨(20)安装于两块传输夹板(13)上,支撑板(9)固定于气缸(18)上。
3.根据权利要求I所述的PCBA板检测装置,其特征在于:所述的压接装置(2)主要包括针床固定板(7),该针床固定板(7)与滚珠丝杆(11)相连,该滚珠丝杆(11)与电机(14) 相连,针床固定板(7)的一侧上下两端设有限位开关(17)。
4.根据权利要求I或3所述的PCBA板检测装置,其特征在于:所述的针床装置(I)主要包括针床(6),该针床(6)固定在针床固定板(7)上,针床(6)上设有探针(23)与定位针(24)。
