本实用新型提供一种异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,包括挤出机,所述挤出机出料口连接汇集装置进料口,该汇集装置出料口连接熔体齿轮泵入口,所述熔体齿轮泵连接传动装置并设有对流经熔体温度进行控制的第一温度控制器,且所述熔体齿轮泵设有多个分别与各分流通道一端连接的分流出口,所述各分流通道另一端分别通过对应的连接器与机头内的各分支流道入口连通,所述连接器上设有对流经熔体温度进行控制的第二温度控制器,所述各分支流道出口均与成型流道连通,且所述机头出口处安装有口模。本实用新型提供的异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,避免了熔体波动对塑料制品的品质影响,提高了塑料制品合格率和生产效率。

一种异形截面塑料制品挤出装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种挤出装置,具体来说,尤其涉及一种异形截面塑料制品挤出装置。
背景技术
由于挤出成型具有连续化生产、生产效率高、应用广泛、投资少等优点,挤出成型装置常用于塑料制品加工中。现有的挤出装置通常将塑料熔体从挤出机出料口挤出后,直接送入机头内流道得到需要的截面形状,再从通过机头口模进入后续的冷却装置,但是由于流道内熔体的速度和温度不均,导致机头出口处熔体的流速不一致,从而影响塑料制品的质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,避免了熔体波动对塑料制品质量的影响,提高了塑料制品合格率和生产效率。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用了下列技术方案:提供一种异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,包括挤出机,所述挤出机出料口连接汇集装置进料口,该汇集装置出料口连接熔体齿轮泵入口,所述熔体齿轮泵连接传动装置并设有对流经熔体温度进行控制的第一温度控制器,且所述熔体齿轮泵设有多个分别与各分流通道一端连接的分流出口,所述各分流通道另一端分别通过对应的连接器与机头内的各分支流道入口连通,所述连接器上设有对流经熔体温度进行控制的第二温度控制器,所述各分支流道出口均与成型流道连通,且所述机头出口处安装有口模。
上述的异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,其中,所述传动装置包括电机和转速控制器。
上述的异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,其中,所述连接器为直通连接器和/或叉型连接器。
上述的异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,其中,所述分支流道出口处还连接阻尼装置。
上述的异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,其中,所述机头出口处通过螺钉固定安装口模。
上述的异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,其中,所述口模上还设有调节螺钉。
上述的异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,其中,所述熔体齿轮泵为行星齿轮泵。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型提供的异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,熔体汇集到熔体齿轮泵内进行流速和温度控制后,再由第二温度控制器对分流通道内流经熔体进行温度控制,使汇集到机头的熔体流速和温度均匀,避免了熔体波动对塑料制品的品质影响,提高了塑料制品合格率和生产效率。

如图1所示,本实用新型提供的异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,包括挤出机2,所述挤出机1出料口连接汇集装置3进料口,该汇集装置3出料口连接熔体齿轮泵19入口,熔体齿轮泵19可选用行星齿轮泵,该熔体齿轮泵19连接传动装置1并设有对流经熔体温度进行控制的第一温度控制器4,且所述熔体齿轮泵19设有多个分别与各分流通道6一端连接的分流出口18,所述各分流通道6另一端分别通过对应的连接器8与机头9内的各分支流道10入口连通,所述连接器8上设有对流经熔体温度进行控制的第二温度控制器7,所述各分支流道10出口均与成型流道12连通,且所述机头9出口处安装有口模13。于是,熔体汇集到熔体齿轮泵19内进行流速和温度控制后,再由第二温度控制器7对分流通道6内流经熔体进行温度控制,使汇集到机头9的熔体流速和温度均匀,避免了熔体波动对塑料制品的品质影响,需要修模的情况大大减小,提高了塑料制品合格率和生产效率。其中,所述传动装置1包括电机和转速控制器,所述连接器8为直通连接器或叉型连接器,还可以为直通连接器和叉型连接器的组合。另外,所述分支流道10出口处还连接用于使汇集到机头9内的熔体压力和流速均匀的阻尼装置11,所述机头9出口处通过螺钉14固定安装口模13,且所述口模13上还设有用于使口模13上下微调的调节螺钉15,对口模13进行微调时,先将螺钉14松开,再通过调节螺钉15对口模13进行微调,调整到合适位置后,再将螺钉14拧紧,固定口模13在机头9出口处的位置。
综上所述,本实用新型提供的异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,熔体汇集到熔体齿轮泵19内进行流速和温度控制后,再由第二温度控制器7对分流通道6内流经熔体进行温度控制,使汇集到机头9的熔体流速和温度均匀,避免了熔体波动对塑料制品的品质影响,提高了塑料制品合格率和生产效率。

1.一种异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,包括挤出机,其特征在于:所述挤出机出料口连接汇集装置进料口,该汇集装置出料口连接熔体齿轮泵入口,所述熔体齿轮泵连接传动装置并设有对流经熔体温度进行控制的第一温度控制器,且所述熔体齿轮泵设有多个分别与各分流通道一端连接的分流出口,所述各分流通道另一端分别通过对应的连接器与机头内的各分支流道入口连通,所述连接器上设有对流经熔体温度进行控制的第二温度控制器,所述各分支流道出口均与成型流道连通,且所述机头出口处安装有口模。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,其特征在于:所述传动装置包括电机和转速控制器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,其特征在于:所述连接器为直通连接器和/或叉型连接器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的异形截面塑料制品挤出装置,其特征在于:所述分支流道出口处还连接阻尼装置。
