本实用新型涉及一种用于塑料挤出模具的水分流冷却装置
背景技术 
现有的型材生产厂家定型台提供的出水接头数量通常不能与定型模需要的进水接头相匹配,也就是说定型台提供的水接头数量少,而定型模需要的进水接头数量多,其供水方式为每节定型模通过台板一至二集中进水接头由底部向上分流到各个型板供水。例如,一套定型模包括四节,每节需要四个进水接头,而机床只能提供八个进水接头,那么定型模供水方式需要做如下调整:第一节和第二节定型模使用四个进水接头,第二节的出水接头盒与第三节的进水接头串联,然后第三节的出水接头盒与第四节的进水接头串联,最后第四节的出水接头出水。这样第二、三、四节定型模本来需要十二个进水接头,而实际只使用了四个进水接头。这种水分流方案有以下两点缺陷:
一、每节定型模两进水孔水通过台板出水由底部向上分流到各个型板供水,在分流过程中水压不断减小,水流减小分流到各个型板的水量也随之减少,导致模具冷却不下来,模具挤出速度提不上去,生产效率低。
二、传统台板集中供水,主水道自下而上水流通过各个型板自由分配,不仅水量小,而且不能实现型板单独大量供水冷却,可控性分流供水冷却。
发明内容 
本实用新型的目的是针对上述模具需求供水接头多、而定型台设备提供接头少,影响冷却效率和产品成型的问题,提供了一种控制用于塑料挤出模具水分流冷却装置。
本实用新型方法是这样实现的:用于塑料挤出模具的水分流冷却装置,包括箱体,所述箱体设进水接头和出水接头,所述进水接头与定型台出水接头连接,所述出水接头与模具进水管连接。所述出水接头设调节阀。
上述技术方案可实现模具冷却水道的设计要求,使冷却最大化,每块型板优先设计单独进出水,向模具各个型板实施可控性供水冷却。
本实用新型的有益效果:不仅解决设备提供接头少,模具进水接头多的问题,而且实现了对模具供水的可控性,提高冷却效率。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本实用新型装置包括进水接头1、箱体2、调节阀接头3、出水接头4。实施方案一:如图1、图2所示,通过定型台出水接头与箱体2上的进水接头1连接,向箱体2供水,箱体2内的水通过箱体2上的出水接头4再与模具进水管连接,向模具型板单独供水。实施方案二:如图1、图2所示,通过定型台出水接头与装置的进水接头1连接,向箱体2供水,箱体2内的水通过箱体2上的调节阀3和出水接头4再与模具的进水管连接,当调节阀执行调节作用时就可以实施对模具可控性单独供水的作用。
本实用新型通过集中进水,经箱体出水接头或调节阀接头向模具板块分流供水,不仅解决设备提供接头少,模具进水接头多的问题,而且实现了对模具供水的可控性。

1.用于塑料挤出模具的水分流冷却装置,其特征在于:该装置包括箱体(2),所述箱体(2)设进水接头(1)和出水接头(4),所述进水接头(1)与定型台出水接头连接,所述出水接头(4)与模具进水管连接。
