本实用新型涉及一种三角卡簧结构改进的光伏接线盒,包括盒体和设置在盒体内的光伏组件,所述的光伏组件包括金属支架,所述的盒体上设置有安装金属支架的安装槽,所述的安装槽的后方设置有安装间隙,金属支架上卡接有三角卡簧,三角卡簧包括卡线端和伸入端,卡线端上设置通孔,伸入端伸入在所述的卡线端内,汇流条夹紧在所述的伸入端与卡线端之间,卡线端的端部向后延伸,且覆盖住所述的安装间隙。本实用新型对三角卡簧进行结构改进,使其后端延长,则覆盖住安装间隙,防止汇流条误插入安装间隙内。

(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种光伏接线盒。 
(二)背景技术
光伏接线盒的盒体上设置光伏组件,光伏组件包括有金属支架,金属支架上安装三角卡簧,在金属支架安装槽的后方设置有安装间隙,用来安装U型背簧,U型背簧主要用来提高三角卡簧夹紧汇流条时的夹紧力,这样安装部件较多,比较麻烦。 
(三)发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述不足,本实用新型提供一种对三角卡簧结构进行改进的光伏接线盒。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是: 
一种三角卡簧结构改进的光伏接线盒,包括盒体和设置在盒体内的光伏组件,所述的光伏组件包括金属支架,所述的盒体上设置有安装金属支架的安装槽,所述的安装槽的后方设置有安装间隙,所述的金属支架上卡接有三角卡簧,所述的三角卡簧包括卡线端和伸入端,所述的卡线端上设置通孔,所述的伸入端伸入在所述的卡线端内,在所述的伸入端与卡线端之间夹紧有汇流条,所述的卡线端的端部向后延伸,且覆盖住所述的安装间隙。 
作为改进,通孔为矩形孔,所述的三角卡簧卡接在金属支架的支边上。 
现有技术中U型背簧设置在安装间隙内,安装汇流条时,通过U型背簧与三角卡簧配合夹紧汇流条,本实用新型将汇流条夹紧在三角卡簧 的伸入端与卡线端之间,则可以省去U型背簧的设置,则插入汇流条时,容易错插入安装间隙内,现将三角卡簧的卡线端延长并且覆盖住安装间隙,则汇流条不会误插入安装间隙内。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型对三角卡簧进行结构改进,使其后端延长,则覆盖住安装间隙,防止汇流条误插入安装间隙内。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。 
如图1、2所示,一种三角卡簧结构改进的光伏接线盒,包括盒体1和设置在盒体内的光伏组件,光伏组件包括金属支架2,盒体上设置有安装金属支架的安装槽,安装槽的后方设置有安装间隙4,金属支架的支边5上卡入三角卡簧,三角卡簧包括卡线端8和伸入端9,卡线端上设置通孔7,通孔7为矩形孔,伸入端9伸入在卡线端8内,汇流条夹紧在伸入端9与卡线端8之间,卡线端8的端部6向后延伸,且覆盖住所述的安装间隙。 
现有技术中U型背簧设置在安装间隙内,安装汇流条时,通过U型背簧与三角卡簧配合夹紧汇流条,本实用新型将汇流条夹紧在三角卡簧的伸入端与卡线端之间,则可以省去U型背簧的设置,则插入汇流条时,容易错插入安装间隙内,现将三角卡簧的卡线端延长并且覆盖住安装间隙,则汇流条不会误插入安装间隙内。

1.一种三角卡簧结构改进的光伏接线盒,包括盒体和设置在盒体内的光伏组件,所述的光伏组件包括金属支架,所述的盒体上设置有安装金属支架的安装槽,所述的安装槽的后方设置有安装间隙,所述的金属支架上卡接有三角卡簧,所述的三角卡簧包括卡线端和伸入端,所述的卡线端上设置通孔,所述的伸入端伸入在所述的卡线端内,其特征在于:在所述的伸入端与卡线端之间夹紧有汇流条,所述的卡线端的端部向后延伸,且覆盖住所述的安装间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种三角卡簧结构改进的光伏接线盒,其特征在于:所述的通孔为矩形孔,所述的三角卡簧卡接在金属支架的支边上。
