背景技术
现有电池为动力的叉车使用铅酸电池作为动力,由于铅酸电池重量大、容量低,所以不但造成叉车车体沉重,运行耗费能源,而且还需要经常充电,一旦硫酸电解液泄露,还会造成环境污染。
发明内容
为了减小叉车车体重量,增加动力,减少充电时间,本实用新型提供了锂电池动力叉车。该叉车在车体内设置电池柜,在电池柜内列阵布置锂电池,解决减轻叉车重量,提高功效的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
在车体上分别依次安装有车轮、驾驶座、叉铲、控制器和叉铲升降机构,在车体内设置有电池柜,在电池柜内列阵分布安装有锂电池。
积极效果,由于本实用新型在叉车内设置电池柜,在电池柜内列阵布置锂电池,锂电池动力输出导线分别与行走机构和叉铲升降机构连接,作为动力。具有重量轻,容量大,充电次数少的特点。适宜作为货物搬运的叉车使用。

锂电池通过导线与车轮行走机构和叉铲升降机构连接,提供电能动力。
