Abstract

适用于托辊轴承座压装的压装头,根据托辊轴承座的规格设计,我司在压装头设计上做了一些改进,压装头上除主要推力受力面以外的次要受力面(1,2)上加装了高密度弹性材料,有效的消除了压装累计误差。在压装头的局部,开了一个压装位移传感器监测口,实现压装过程全程有效监测。对压装头上的螺纹过孔孔径公差经过精确计算进行了改制,不需要定位销就可以达到对于压装头更换时的高精度定位装配。做到了任何规格的压装头快换。

本实用新型涉及一种适用于托辊轴承座压装的压装头。 
背景技术
托辊各个组装件,由于在加工过程中受各种因素的影响,会有误差。且这些误差累积后,会与原设计尺寸有较大差异。因此会造成压装精度下降。 
发明内容
此压装头根据托辊轴承座的规格设计。托辊各个组装件,由于在加工过程中受各种因素的影响,会有误差。且这些误差累积后,会与原设计尺寸有较大差异。因此会造成压装精度下降。鉴于此种情况,在压装头设计上做了一些改进,有效的消除了这些误差的累积。 
该压装头上除主要推力受力面以外的次要受力面(1,2)上加装了高密度弹性材料;来适应由于零部件加工误差引起的个别零部件之间的位置变化,实现压装的稳定,精确。
在压装头的局部,开了一个压装位移传感器监测口,方便在压装时,激光位传感器或者是机械式位移传感器的侦测。达到压装过程全程有效监测。
压装头与压装设备之间连接螺纹连接,我司设计图纸中对压装头上的螺纹过孔孔径公差经过精确计算进行了改制。主要改制方式是:连接采用圆周均布6孔,以往国标的的过孔一般为孔径+0.5,且不设公差。我司的设计是过孔孔径公差为+0.05---+0.15,孔在圆周位置度的公差也有限制。因此完全不需要定位销就可以达到对于压装头更换时的高精度定位装配。做到了任何规格的压装头快换。

具体实施方式

1.适用于托辊轴承座压装的压装头,其特征在于除主要推力受力面以外的次要受力面(1,2)上加装了高密度弹性材料。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的适用于托辊轴承座压装的压装头,其特征在于压装头局部有激光位移传感器或者是机械式位移传感器监测口。 
3.根据权利要求1中所述的适用于托辊轴承座压装的压装头,其特征在于通过压装头上的螺纹过孔直接对压装头定位,不需要定位销。
