技术领域
   本实用新型专利涉及一种单螺杆挤出机，尤其涉及一种带排气功能的单螺杆挤出机，用于塑料机械。
背景技术
   目前传统的塑料机械中的单螺杆挤出机，结构相对复杂，而且使用效果不是很理想，造成后续的产品质量的下降。
中国专利200510095751.7 ，公开一种超高压单螺杆挤出机,其结构是包括:机筒、螺杆、加料斗、传动器、电机、冷却装置、机座。其特征是:在挤出机机筒、螺杆上设置冷却装置,把挤出机螺杆的几何压缩比设计制作在10～120的高倍率;设定的螺杆转速为30～1500转/分。优点:在挤出机机筒、螺杆上设置冷却装置,以便消除化学物料与机筒、螺杆高速摩擦产生的超过正常值的温度,把挤出机螺杆的几何压缩比设计制作在10～120的高倍率(具体根据化学物料的特性而设定),能使被挤出的化学物料在挤出机的机筒和螺杆之间,形成一个超高压的固体输送塞,此时,化学物料与螺杆之间,化学物料与机筒之间,化学物料与化学物料之间在超高压的状态下,进行摩擦而产生热量,从而迫使化学物料在短时间内熔融塑化,并在超高压下进行有效的剪切、混炼,根据摩擦温度的高低程度,把螺杆转速设定在30～1500转/分(具体根据机筒、螺杆、化学物料的摩擦温度而设定),以便使挤出机的摩擦温度与加料的数量大小和冷却量的大小能操作控制在稳定的平衡状态。此结构在使用时，无法将多余的气体排出，导致产品质量的下降。
发明内容
   本实用新型主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种结构紧凑，同时提升产品质量的带排气功能的单螺杆挤出机。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的： 
    一种带排气功能的单螺杆挤出机，包括机架，所述的机架上的一端设有电机支撑架，所述的电机支撑架的下端与电机相固定连接，所述的电机支撑架的上端设有挤出螺杆，所述的机架上的另一端设有挤出架，所述的挤出螺杆与挤出架相穿接固定，所述的机架中设有排气装置，所述的排气装置通过排气管与挤出螺杆相连通，所述的挤出螺杆的头部设有挤出头。
    作为优选，所述的挤出螺杆的头部套有轴承座，所述的轴承座与挤出架相固定，所述的挤出头呈向下倾斜分布，所述的挤出头的上部设有吊杆，所述的吊杆与挤出架相固定。
因此，本实用新型的带排气功能的单螺杆挤出机，结构紧凑，提升产品档次。

实施例1：如图1所示，一种带排气功能的单螺杆挤出机，包括机架1，所述的机架1上的一端设有电机支撑架2，所述的电机支撑架2的下端与电机3相固定连接，所述的电机支撑架2的上端设有挤出螺杆4，所述的机架1上的另一端设有挤出架5，所述的挤出螺杆4与挤出架5相穿接固定，所述的机架1中设有排气装置6，所述的排气装置6通过排气管7与挤出螺杆4相连通，所述的挤出螺杆4的头部设有挤出头8。所述的挤出螺杆4的头部套有轴承座9，所述的轴承座9与挤出架5相固定，所述的挤出头8呈向下倾斜分布，所述的挤出头8的上部设有吊杆10，所述的吊杆10与挤出架5相固定。

1. 一种带排气功能的单螺杆挤出机，其特征在于：包括机架(1)，所述的机架(1)上的一端设有电机支撑架(2)，所述的电机支撑架(2)的下端与电机(3)相固定连接，所述的电机支撑架(2)的上端设有挤出螺杆(4)，所述的机架(1)上的另一端设有挤出架(5)，所述的挤出螺杆(4)与挤出架(5)相穿接固定，所述的机架(1)中设有排气装置(6)，所述的排气装置(6)通过排气管(7)与挤出螺杆(4)相连通，所述的挤出螺杆(4)的头部设有挤出头(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带排气功能的单螺杆挤出机，其特征在于：所述的挤出螺杆(4)的头部套有轴承座(9)，所述的轴承座(9)与挤出架(5)相固定，所述的挤出头(8)呈向下倾斜分布，所述的挤出头(8)的上部设有吊杆(10)，所述的吊杆(10)与挤出架(5)相固定。
