本实用新型公开了具有四唇密封结构的轮毂轴承单元,其包括内圈、磁性防尘盖、橡胶密封圈、钢球、保持架、外法兰盘、内法兰盘及滚花螺栓,橡胶密封圈外圆上设有四个唇口,其中,唇口a、唇口b和唇口c与磁性防尘盖接触密封,唇口a和唇口b在磁性防尘盖直径方向,唇口c在磁性防尘盖端面方向;密封圈与防尘盖之间形成三个内腔;唇口d与外法兰盘端面配合密封,使橡胶密封圈与轴承外法兰盘内壁紧密接触,起到防尘密封效果。本实用新型对轴承滚道端口密封,阻止润滑油外泄,阻止水分和灰尘进入,避免对轴承的磨损,起到良好密封效果。

技术领域
一种轿车轮毂轴承单元,具体地说是一种具有四唇密封结构的车轮毂轴承单元。
技术背景
装在轿车制动器上的轮毂轴承单元,是一个相对独立的部件,由于制动器直接与灰尘、泥浆、水接触,工作环境恶劣,因此结构设计至关重要,要求有良好的密封性。从目前轴承的使用和试验情况看,很大一部分轴承损坏都是由密封失效引起的,密封失效的主要原因是来自轴承外部杂质污染和泥水的侵入造成界面腐蚀,从而造成密封失效加速了轴承磨损报废,严重的造成轿车制动器报废。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述装在轿车制动器上轴承密封性能不好,轴承外部杂质污染侵入轴承内造成界面腐蚀,密封失效使轴承磨损报废问题,提供一种具有四唇密封结构的轮毂轴承单元,该轴承不仅密封防尘效果好,而且使用寿命长。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种四唇密封结构的轮毂轴承单元,它包括内圈、磁性防尘盖、橡胶密封圈、钢球、保持器、外法兰盘、内法兰盘及滚花螺栓,其特征在于:在轮毂单元的外法兰盘内圆上设有两列滚道,与轮毂单元外法兰盘内圆上设的两列滚道相对应的内圈和内法兰盘的外圆上也分别设有滚道;把钢球装在保持架上,依次将两只保持架分别安装在轮毂单元外法兰盘内圆与内圈和内法兰盘外圆之间的滚道内,把上密封圈和磁性防尘盖配合安装在外法兰盘内圆与内圈外圆的一端之间;下密封圈安装在内法兰盘外圆与外法兰盘一端的之间,再将螺栓装入内法兰盘的内孔。
上密封圈的主要特征在于:橡胶密封圈外圆上设有四个唇口,其中唇口a、唇口b和唇口c与磁性防尘盖接触密封,唇口a和唇口b在磁性防尘盖直径方向,唇口c在磁性防尘盖端面方向。密封圈与防尘盖之间形成三个内腔。唇口d与外法兰盘端面配合密封,使橡胶密封圈与轴承外法兰盘内壁紧密接触,起到防尘密封效果。
本实用新型的有益效果是,一种四唇密封结构的轮毂轴承单元,上密封圈唇口d与外法兰盘端面配合密封,使橡胶密封圈与轴承外法兰盘内壁紧密接触,起到防尘效果;上密封圈唇口a、唇口b和唇口c与磁性防尘盖紧密接触进行密封,橡胶密封圈唇边a和唇边b能承受较大的压力,对轴承滚道端口密封,阻止润滑油外泄,阻止水分和灰尘进入,避免对轴承的磨损,起到良好密封效果。

具体实施方式
在图1的实施例中,具有四唇密封结构的轮毂轴承单元,在轮毂单元的外法兰盘5内圆上设有两列滚道,与轮毂单元外法兰盘内圆上设的两列滚道相对应的内圈1和内法兰盘8的外圆上也分别设有滚道;把钢球6装在保持架4上,依次将两只保持架分别安装在轮毂单元外法兰盘5内圆与内圈1和内法兰盘8外圆之间的滚道内,把上密封圈3和磁性防尘盖2配合安装在外法兰盘5内圆与内圈1外圆的一端之间;下密封圈7安装在内法兰盘8外圆与外法兰盘5一端的之间,再将滚花螺栓9装入内法兰盘8的内孔。
在图2的实施例中,将橡胶密封圈压入轮毂单元内部,上密封圈的唇口d与外法兰盘端面配合密封,使上密封圈与轴承外法兰盘内壁紧密接触,起到防尘效果;上密封圈的唇口a、唇口b和唇口c与磁性防尘盖紧密接触进行密封,唇口a和唇口b在磁性防尘盖直径方向,唇口c在磁性防尘盖端面方向。密封圈与防尘盖之间形成三个内腔。当轮毂轴承总成工作时,由于滚动体和内滚道之间摩擦发热,轴承内腔温度升高,腔内空气压强增大,形成正压,油脂有外泄的趋势,唇口a与防尘盖之间由于过盈大能承受较大压力,组织油脂外泄。当轮毂轴承总成停止工作,温度下降到环境温度时,由于高温时轴承内腔空气少量外漏,内部压强会低于大气压,外部空气带着外唇口处水分和灰尘有渗入的趋势,此时受外部压强作用,唇口c向腔内移动,唇口d受到压力作用与外法兰盘端面紧贴更紧密,从而唇边受到压力作用使密封圈与外法兰盘内壁贴的更紧密,密封圈阻止水分和灰尘进入轮毂单元总成内腔。轮毂单元总成内腔积累的少量水分,当轴承下次运转后,受离心力的作用将腔内积累的少量水分清理出去。

Claims (2)

1.用于轮毂轴承单元的四唇密封结构,其特征在于,该密封结构具有四个唇口(a,b,c,d),其中,第一唇口(a)、第二唇口(b)和第三唇口(c)与磁性防尘盖接触密封,第一唇口(a)和第二唇口(b)在磁性防尘盖直径方向,第三唇口(c)在磁性防尘盖端面方向;密封结构与轮毂轴承单元的防尘盖之间形成三个内腔;第四唇口(d)与外法兰盘端面配合密封,使橡胶密封圈与轴承外法兰盘内壁紧密接触,起到防尘密封效果。
2.一种轮毂轴承单元,具有权利要求1中所述的四唇密封结构,其还包括内圈、磁性防尘盖、钢球、保持架、外法兰盘、内法兰盘及滚花螺栓构成,其特征在于:在轮毂单元的外法兰盘内圆上设有两列滚道,与轮毂单元外法兰盘内圆上设的两列滚道相对应的内圈和内法兰盘的外圆上也分别设有滚道;把钢球装在保持架上,依次将两只保持架分别安装在轮毂单元外法兰盘内圆与内圈和内法兰盘外圆之间的滚道内,把上密封圈和磁性防尘盖配合安装在外法兰盘内圆与内圈外圆的一端之间;下密封圈安装在内法兰盘外圆与外法兰盘一端的之间,再将螺栓装入内法兰盘的内孔。
