本实用新型涉及一种U形摆动折弯模。
背景技术
目前现有的技术中，制造两端为U形折弯的金属弹片，当两角角度较大时，折弯角度回弹不好控制，对于如何消除回弹的设计是我们所迫切需要的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单可靠，制造工艺要求不高的U形摆动折弯模。
U形摆动折弯模，包括凸模，顶料板和凹模摆动块，顶料板的背部为有一定斜度的斜面，顶料板两侧设有相应的两个凹模摆动块，凹模摆动块在面向顶料板的一面的底部为突出斜面。
本实用新型的优点：该模具结构简单可靠，制造工艺要求不高，适用批量生产，可以应用于类似U形折弯产品，改变传统U形摆动弯曲模制造困难的现象。

本实用新型的一种较佳实施例:

U形摆动折弯模，由凸模（3），顶料板（1）和凹模摆动块（4）组成，顶料板（1）的背部为有一定斜度的斜面，顶料板（1）两侧设有相应的两个凹模摆动块（4），凹模摆动块（4）在面向顶料板（1）的一面的底部为突出斜面，利用顶料板（1）背部斜面和凹模摆动块（4）的突出斜面相互作用，使凹模向内摆动，从而使产品产生负角，消除回弹。
工作时，压力机滑块下移，凸模（3）接触产品（2）随之压紧顶料板（1）向下运动，当顶料板（1）底部斜面与凹模摆动块（4）斜面接触,使凹模摆动块（4）向内摆动一定角度，上模上行顶料板（1）在顶料弹簧作用下推出工件（2）并使凹模摆动块（4）回位，完成一个过程。
