Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种送料器的变频式电机装置,包含有一底座、一十字夹座单元、一横杆单元、一纵杆单元、一送料单元及一电机单元,该电机单元,具有一电机主体及一设于该电机主体一侧的变频器,该变频器具有一外壳、一变频电路及一控制面板,该变频电路密封安置在该外壳内部,该控制面板显露于该外壳外部,该变频电路具有一与控制面板电性连结的控制界面;借助上述结构,本实用新型送料器的变频式电机装置的防尘等级高,散热效果佳。

送料器的变频式电机装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种送材机部件,尤其是指一种防尘等级高,散热效果佳的送料器的变频式电机装置。
背景技术
如图1、图2所示,为一种现有木工送料机的挂载有变频器的电机结构,该电机结构100在外壳设有一固定台101,该变频器102则配合一盖板103锁固在该电机结构100固定台上。
现有的木工送料机的电机结构是利用外挂的变频器102,固然可以达到预期的使用目的,但是实务上则有以下诸多使用缺失:
直接在电机结构100外部挂载变频器102,除外观欠佳且体积大之外,该变频器102的外壳借由多个散热孔104作散热,其等散热孔104却成为粉尘、水液等杂物入侵至该变频器102内部电路的媒介,因此,该变频器102根本不适宜在粉尘较大等恶劣环境下工作,此在送料器的大量粉尘土木屑工作环境下更是不可能。
另外,该电频器102与电机结构100的接线105皆形成裸露状态,安全系数亦大为降低。
再者,该电机结构100与变频器102主体的散热来源,借由装设电机自带尾部的离心式散热风扇106所达成,但是因散热风扇106是与电机转子107固定而同步,如此一来,当电机处于低速时,则因转速不够,而无法达到强制风冷效果,而导致散热效果较低。
有鉴于此,本设计人针对上述变频电机结构设计上未臻完善所导致的诸多缺失及不便,而深入构思,且积极研究改良试做而开发设计出本案。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防尘等级高,且散热效果佳的送料器的变频式电机装置。
为了达成上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:
一种送料器的变频式电机装置,该种送料器包含有一底座、一十字夹座单元、一横杆单元、一纵杆单元、一送料单元及一电机单元,该电机单元,具有一电机主体及一设于该电机主体一侧的变频器,该变频器具有一外壳、一变频电路及一控制面板,该变频电路密封安置在该外壳内部,该控制面板显露于该外壳外部,该变频电路具有一与控制面板电性连结的控制界面。
上述电机主体具有一电机外壳、间隔设置于该电机外壳外周侧的多个散热排与多个散热通道、一独立装设在该电机外壳顶部的动力风扇,及一盖设在该动力风扇外侧的风扇外盖,且该动力风扇与该等散热通道相连通,而该变频器的外壳外周侧间隔设有多个散热肋条与散热流道,该变频器的散热流道是对应连通于该电机主体的散热通道。
上述变频器还具有一外盖,该外盖与外壳对合锁固,而该控制面板则显露于该外盖上。
上述外壳与该外盖皆由铝合金材质所制成。
上述变频器的变频电路中还具有一外部通讯部。
采用上述结构后,本实用新型送料器的变频式电机装置具有下述功效及优点:
一、本实用新型使用该变频器得以实现无级变速,以突破现有送料机其齿轮组更换成8级8速的限制。
二、该变频电路借由外壳与外盖相互锁固以密封在盒内,可达到极佳的阻尘作用,防护等级不但大幅提高,还可达到安全规范IP54级,整体安全性大增。
三、铝合金材质制成的外壳与外盖,结构稳固以获得坚固的防护效果,且不易损坏或脱落,更兼具有散热效果佳的优点。
四、该电机主体的散热通道与变频器的散热流道相互对应组成独立的流道设置,共享该独立运转的动力风扇的风力作疏导,除可提高散热效果,且动力风扇不会因粉尘造成变频器冷却失效。
五、该变频电路内设外部通讯部,更方便与其他机构同步控制,一体调控。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本实用新型的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本实用新型进行详细阐述。
参照图3所示,本实用新型送料器的变频式电机装置的较佳实施例,该种送料器包含有一底座10、一十字夹座单元20、一横杆单元30、一纵杆单元40、一送料单元50及一电机单元60。
参照图4、图5所示,该电机单元60,具有一电机主体61及一设于该电机主体61一侧的变频器62。
该变频器62,具有一外壳620、一外盖621、一变频电路622、一控制面板623及多个锁接件624。该变频电路622内置过载保护回路,可获致过热保护效果,更可保护电机主体61因过热烧毁的意外。
该外壳620与外盖621对合组装,以将该变频电路622密封安置在该外壳620内部,再利用锁接件624予以锁固。该变频器62结合于该电机主体61一侧形成一体化的设计,让整体外观造型更完美,体积更小巧。
该外盖621,具有一设于外侧的凹穴625,组装后的变频电路622其控制界面626穿伸至该外盖的凹穴625中,而该控制面板623安置在该凹穴625内部,并覆罩该控制界面626且与其构成电性连结,以借由该控制面板623得以操控该变频电路622的设定与运作。
此外,该变频器62的变频电路622更具有一外部通讯部627。该外部通讯部627可接收外部输入的模拟量来控制送料器电机的转速,以经过设定变频器程序参数的修正,以使送料器传送速度与所搭载的机械设备相匹配,因此,当所搭载的机械设备需改变行进速度时,送料器的送料速度也需随之修正,此时,不需再对送料器进行调节,借由该外物通讯部627接受外部控制,即可达到同步控制、一体调控的使用目的与功效。在实务上,该送料器可以搭配在许多不同的机械上使用,例如:木工机械立铣机、带锯机、台锯机等机械。
续参照图6、图7所示,该电机主体61,具有一电机外壳610、间隔设置于该电机外壳610外周侧的多个散热排611与多个散热通道612、一独立装设在该电机外壳610外部的动力风扇613,及一盖设在该动力风扇613外侧的风扇外盖614,且该动力风扇613与该等散热通道612相连通。该电机主体61的一动力端615与该动力风扇613分别独立运转,借此,独立设置的动力风扇613,因不与电机主体61的动力端同时运转,所以,即便电机主体61处于低转速,动力风扇613仍保持在固定风速、风冷效用,以提高整体的散热效果。
另外,该变频器62的外壳620外周侧间隔设有多个散热肋条628与散热流道629,该变频器62的散热流道629是对应连通于该电机主体61的散热通道612,因此,当动力风扇613开始运转之后,在风力经由该等散热通道612排放至外部之际,同时借其风力疏散该变频器62的散热流道629上的热源,所以,在本案中,利用该独立运转的动力风扇613,同时疏散该电机主体61主体与该变频器62主体所产生的热源,除经济实惠外,更一举两得。另外,由于该外壳620与该外盖621皆由铝合金材质所制成,除具有坚固的防护作用,且不易损坏脱落,更兼具有散热效果快速的作用。
归纳上述,本实用新型的送料器的变频式电机装置具有以下功效及优点:
一、本实用新型使用该变频器62得以实现无级变速,以突破现有送料机其齿轮组更换成8级8速的限制。
二、该变频电路622借由外壳620与外盖621相互锁固以密封在盒内,可达到极佳的阻尘作用,防护等级不但大幅提高,还可达到安全规范IP54级,整体安全性大增。
三、铝合金材质制成的外壳620与外盖621,结构稳固以获得坚固的防护效果,且不易损坏或脱落,更兼具有散热效果佳的优点。
四、该电机主体61的散热通道612与变频器62的散热流道629相互对应组成独立的流道设置,共享该独立运转的动力风扇613的风力作疏导,除可提高散热效果,且动力风扇613不会因粉尘造成变频器冷却失效。
五、该变频电路622内设外部通讯部627,更方便与其他机构同步控制,一体调控。

Claims (5)

1.一种送料器的变频式电机装置,该种送料器包含有一底座、一十字夹座单元、一横杆单元、一纵杆单元、一送料单元及一电机单元,其特征在于:
该电机单元,具有一电机主体及一设于该电机主体一侧的变频器,该变频器具有一外壳、一变频电路及一控制面板,该变频电路密封安置在该外壳内部,该控制面板显露于该外壳外部,该变频电路具有一与控制面板电性连结的控制界面。
2.如权利要求1所述的送料器的变频式电机装置,其特征在于:该电机主体具有一电机外壳、间隔设置于该电机外壳外周侧的多个散热排与多个散热通道、一独立装设在该电机外壳顶部的动力风扇,及一盖设在该动力风扇外侧的风扇外盖,且该动力风扇与该等散热通道相连通,而该变频器的外壳外周侧间隔设有多个散热肋条与散热流道,该变频器的散热流道是对应连通于该电机主体的散热通道。
3.如权利要求1所述的送料器的变频式电机装置,其特征在于:该变频器还具有一外盖,该外盖与外壳对合锁固,而该控制面板则显露于该外盖上。
4.如权利要求3所述的送料器的变频式电机装置,其特征在于:该外壳与该外盖皆由铝合金材质所制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的送料器的变频式电机装置,其特征在于:该变频器的变频电路中还具有一外部通讯部。
