本实用新型涉及一种全接液蜂巢内浮盘。 
背景技术
在石油化工储存系统储油罐设备中,为防止储存油品的油气逸散所造成之环保污染与成本损失,通常需设置浮盘装置浮于储存液体表面,可以大大减少油气逸散的挥发量,节能降损。在有效防止储存油品的油气逸散挥发的同时提高了油品储存的安全性。内浮盘是目前国内外石油化工储存设施必不可少的关键设备。现有内浮盘可分为:传统铁浮舱式内浮盘、浮筒结合盖板式内浮盘,浮筒式内浮盘在液面和浮盘之间存在油气空间,由于储油罐一旦起火,因浮筒式浮盘的盖板与液面的油气空间,故浮盘的周边密封圈着火后,火势很难控制,而铁浮舱式内浮盘,材料重、浮力不均匀、成本高、不易维修,而且当铁浮舱式内浮盘发生异常时会导致油罐变形的危害,因此这两种浮盘效果都不令人满意。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种材料轻、浮力均匀、成本低、维修简易、结构稳固、重量轻、密闭效果好的全接液蜂巢内浮盘。 
一种全接液蜂巢内浮盘,包括盘体、架体、支腿、周边密封装置和浮盘附件,所述盘体为蜂巢板,所述蜂巢板上下两侧分别通过板体 密封。 
本实用新型中,所述密封蜂巢板的板体分为上板体和下板体,所述下板体与所述蜂巢板连接的接触液面的接缝处为氩弧焊连接。 
采用上述方案,本实用新型采用蜂巢板来替代浮筒,一方面使得蜂巢板直接与液面接触,消除了浮筒结合盖板式内浮盘存在的油气空间,有效减少了储罐中储存油品的挥发,同时消除了油气空间造成的火灾隐患;另一方面,蜂巢板为全密闭式,接触液面的接缝处均为氩弧焊连接,避免了黏着剂容易遭较强的储存流体浸润、膨胀造成脱胶导致浮顶瓦解的问题;另外蜂巢板可采用铝合金材质,使得浮盘浮力均匀,整体重量较轻,整体强度大,安装完成后整体平整,使得其使用寿命较普通浮盘得到了较大的提升。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明一种全接液蜂巢内浮盘的具体实施方式。 
一种全接液蜂巢内浮盘,包括蜂巢板1、架体、支腿2、外圈梁9、周边密封装置3和浮盘附件,所述浮盘附件包括接地线8、量油装置6、人孔及梯子5和防转钢索7。所述支腿2安装固定在所述架体上,支腿2高度大约1.8m左右,在储油罐无液体的时候起支撑作用,所述蜂巢板1固定在所述架体上并且空出安装浮盘附件的位置, 所述浮盘附件安装在蜂巢板上,所述接地线8的一端与蜂巢板1连接,另一端与储油罐连接,防转钢索7防止本装置在储油罐中转动,周边密封装置3安装在外圈梁9上,用以填充储油罐内壁与外圈梁9之间的空隙,防止油品挥发。所述蜂巢板1的材质为铝合金或不锈钢。 
蜂巢板整体平整,平贴入液面,与液面之间无油气空间,降低油品挥发量,有效提高储存效率;蜂巢板浮力均匀,整体结构强度大,受到储存油品冲击不易发生故障。

1.一种全接液蜂巢内浮盘,包括盘体、架体、支腿、周边密封装置和浮盘附件,其特征在于:所述盘体为蜂巢板,所述蜂巢板上下两侧分别通过板体密封。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的全接液蜂巢内浮盘,其特征在于:所述密封蜂巢板的板体分为上板体和下板体,所述下板体与所述蜂巢板连接的接触液面的接缝处为氩弧焊连接。
