技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种复合钢板焊接接头。
背景技术
复合钢板是由基材和复材经爆炸、轧制、塞焊等方法制成的,如图2所示,一般采用基材1来保证复合钢板的强度,用复材2来保证复合钢板的耐腐蚀、耐高温等方面性能,因此基材1和复材2之间的物理性能、化学成分、金相组织等存在较大的差异。在现有技术中,复合钢板之间的对接焊缝3由基层5、过渡层6、复层7构成,基材与基材之间的焊层为焊缝的基层5,复材与复材之间的焊层为焊缝的复层7,基层和复层均属于同种钢的焊接。过渡层6是位于基材与复材的交界处并将两者及其焊缝连结为一体的焊层,属于异种钢的焊接,但是过渡层容易引起裂纹等焊接缺陷。另外,因复材的厚度较小,采用复合钢板制造的设备,要求筒节、封头等零部件之间的对接错边量很小,否则,会造成一个零部件的复材与另一个零部件的基材对接,设备的耐腐蚀性、耐热性等性能无法保证的不良后果,这使相关零部件加工、装配的难度和成本大幅度提高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种大幅度降低复合钢板制造的零部件之间的对接错边量要求,且可避免焊缝的过渡层容易引起焊接缺陷的复合钢板焊接接头。
一种复合钢板焊接接头,包括基材和设置在基材表面的复材,所述基材通过焊缝对接,所述复材上在所述焊缝的位置设有遮盖所述焊缝的盖板。
所述盖板焊接在所述复材上。
由于采用上述方案,本实用新型的对接焊缝中没有过渡层和复层,只将对接的基材焊接,保证复合钢板的强度,而在复材上的焊缝处设置了遮盖所述焊缝表面的盖板,利用这个盖板代替原有的复层,保证复合钢板的耐腐蚀、耐高温等方面性能,而盖板的设置十分方便,可大幅度降低复合钢板所制造设备零部件之间的对接错边量要求,由于只需对基材的焊缝进行焊接,无需焊接基材与复材的交界处,完全摒弃了过渡层,因此可避免焊缝的过渡层容易引起的焊接缺陷。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明一种复合钢板焊接接头的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,所述复合钢板的焊接接头由基材1、复材2、焊缝3、盖板4组成,在位于复材2侧的焊缝3表面设置了覆盖整条焊缝3的盖板4,该盖板4的材料一般与复合钢板的复材2相同,也可使用耐蚀性、耐热性等不低于复材2的其它材料,盖板4的宽度大于或等于焊缝3口的最大宽度30mm~100mm。焊接的时候,只需焊接基材1,不需焊接复材2,也不需焊接基材1和复材2的交界处,即焊缝3只有基层5,没有过渡层6和复层7。在焊完基材并经检测合格后,将盖板4盖在焊接接头处的复材2上,并进行点固,再焊接盖板4与复材2之间的角焊缝。

1.一种复合钢板焊接接头,包括基材(1)和设置在基材表面的复材(2),所述基材(1)通过焊缝(3)对接,其特征在于:所述复材(2)上在所述焊缝(3)的位置设有遮盖所述焊缝(3)的盖板(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合钢板焊接接头,其特征在于:所述盖板(4)焊接在所述复材(2)上。
