中国专利CN87106382.4公开了一种船舶推进辅助节能装置,该装置是在螺旋桨上设置了一个带平直鳍板的螺旋桨毂盖,用以提高螺旋桨特性。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:获得比带平直鳍板的螺旋桨毂盖更大的正扭矩,使螺旋桨效率提升更加明显。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:带有鳍叶的节能型螺旋桨桨毂帽,由一个圆台型的帽体和与螺旋桨桨叶数目相同的鳍叶组成,所述鳍叶的叶剖面为梭形剖面,径向母线为一向船后弯曲的抛物线。 
本实用新型的鳍叶是向船后微凸型的型式,帽体部分底部有两条或以上的加固条,本实用新型充分利用螺旋桨桨后旋转水流,增加轴的正扭矩,提高螺旋桨推进效率,改变普通螺旋桨桨毂帽不能充分利用功率、造成能源浪费的问题。与平直鳍叶相比,本实用新型效果更好。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,带有鳍叶的节能型螺旋桨桨毂帽由一个帽体1和与螺旋桨桨叶数目相同的鳍叶组成。本实施例的帽体1的具体技术方案:掏空的圆台型,底部4有两条或以上的加固条3,以提高底部强度;上部边缘有一定数目的圆孔,用以与螺旋桨进行联接。 
本实施例的鳍叶的具体技术方案:与螺旋桨数目相同的螺旋面鳍叶,鳍叶的叶剖面为梭型剖面2-1,鳍叶的径向母线为一向船后弯曲的抛物线2-2,两者结合一起,形成中部向船后微凸的鳍叶。鳍叶叶根处比叶梢阔,叶梢两边圆角。

1.带有鳍叶的节能型螺旋桨桨毂帽,由一个圆台型的帽体(1)和与螺旋桨桨叶数目相同的鳍叶(2)组成,其特征在于,所述鳍叶的叶剖面为梭形剖面(2-1),径向母线为一向船后弯曲的抛物线(2-2)。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有鳍叶的节能型螺旋桨桨毂帽,其特征在于,所述帽体(1)的底部(4)有两条或以上的加固条(3)。
