背景技术
    对于目前的锂离子来说,尤其是一些容量小的电池,电芯一般都是卷绕方式,但是这种电池的由于具有内阻大,大电流性能差,温度较高、安全性低等缺点,无法满足一些特殊场合的性能需求,尤其是在目前动力电池方面。为了克服这些缺点,尤其是满足在电动汽车方面的安全使用,叠片电池逐渐走进了人们的视野。
由于叠片设备较贵,除非投资规模较大的动力电池厂,否则基本上都是采用人工手叠的方式进行,尤其是一些小厂或者容量较低的电池。无论哪种叠片方式,过程中隔膜一般都是要事先裁剪好,或者放置在普通的架子上,通过人工进行驱动隔膜放卷或者是简单的输送架,采用外力驱动,但是运行停止前后会有惯性,误差大,而且已有的结构简单,运行时不稳定,隔膜卷的位置不方便调节,同时人工劳动强度大,费时费力,不适合批量生产。

本实用新型的目的是为了弥补已有技术的不足,提供了一种锂电池叠片用的隔膜输送架,其使用过程中,不需要事先裁剪隔膜,提高了工作效率,同时隔膜的利用率也得到了提高,降低了生产成本,运行稳定,可根据需要调节隔膜卷的位置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种锂电池叠片用的隔膜输送架,包括有支架,其特征在于:所述支架上设有横梁,所述横梁上套装有气胀轴,且气胀轴在横梁上的位置可调,所述气胀轴上套装有待叠片的隔膜卷。
所述的横梁为圆形钢管。
其原理是:通过气胀轴的充气和放气,实现了隔膜卷在横梁上的固定与运行,当向气胀轴充气时,隔膜卷固定,当气胀轴放气时,隔膜卷可根据需要进行放卷,过程中不需要事先裁剪隔膜,提高了工作效率,同时隔膜的利用率也得到了提高,运行稳定,可根据需要调节隔膜卷的位置,降低了生产成本。

参见附图:一种锂电池叠片用的隔膜输送架,包括有支架1,支架1上设有横梁2,横梁2上套装有气胀轴3,且气胀轴3在横梁2上的位置可调,气胀轴3上套装有待叠片的隔膜卷4。
在正负极片制片完成之后,开始叠片之间首先将隔膜卷4放置在气胀轴3上,同时气胀轴3是固定在横梁2上,可以前后移动,根据叠片模具的位置调整好隔膜卷4的位置,并将气胀轴3充满气固定。
