本实用新型涉及一种传动螺母，包括底座、螺母本体，所述螺母本体包括外套体、内衬套；所述外套体内设有左旋螺纹；所述内衬套外表面上通过设有与左旋螺纹配合使用的螺纹连接在外套体内；所述内衬套内壁设有右旋螺纹；所述内衬套采用铝青铜材料制成；所述外套体焊接在底座上。本实用新型方案结构简单，加工方法简单，通过对螺母本体的分体式结构设计，外套体与内衬套采用左旋螺纹连接，内衬套内为右旋螺纹，以防止传动螺母在传动过程中出现外套体与内衬套松脱的现象，相反增加了其紧固性能；对内衬套材料选用铝青铜材料制成，外套体则选用一般铸铁材料制成，大大增加了其塑形与抗拉强度的同时节约了生产成本，延长了传动螺母的使用寿命。

背景技术
目前广泛使用的传动螺母与底座之间为整体式结构（如附图1所示），其整体材质选用铸铁材料制成，这种结构的传动螺母脆性较大，在经过长期使用后会出现爆裂现象，使用寿命较为短暂，使机台无法正常工作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种具有良好的塑形与强度的分体式结构的传动螺母。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种传动螺母，包括底座、螺母本体，所述螺母本体包括外套体、内衬套；所述外套体内设有左旋螺纹；所述内衬套外表面上通过设有与左旋螺纹配合使用的螺纹连接在外套体内；所述内衬套内壁设有右旋螺纹；所述内衬套采用铝青铜材料制成；所述外套体焊接在底座上。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
