技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种泵送混凝土出料管口防遗撒装置。
背景技术
随着建筑业的发展，高层建筑越来越多，结构形式越来越复杂。由于结构承载力的要求，随着层高的不断变化，高层建筑结构构件混凝土强度等级随之变化，主要体现在框架柱、剪力墙等竖向承重结构与梁、板等结构混凝土强度等级不同，并逐渐变化。
在进行混凝土浇筑作业时，必须按照设计要求混凝土强度等级首先进行框架柱、剪力墙等高强度等级结构的浇筑，然后方可进行梁、板等低强度等级结构的浇筑。
在进行框架柱、剪力墙等的浇筑过程中，频繁变换混凝土浇筑位置，变换过程中混凝土出料管口不进行收集，管中混凝土被大量遗撒至梁、板部位，导致梁、板结构混凝土强度等级差异，造成混凝土污染、严重影响梁、板结构混凝土浇筑质量；同时造成高强度等级混凝土的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种泵送混凝土出料管口防遗撒装置，利用本装置收集变换浇筑位置时出料管口遗撒的混凝土，避免了不同等级强度混凝土的混用及混凝土的浪费，保证了后续浇筑结构的质量。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型泵送混凝土出料管口防遗撒装置包括固定卡环、收集桶、两个挂钩和两个吊环，所述固定卡环设于混凝土出料管口，所述两个挂钩垂直对称设于所述固定卡环外圈，所述两个吊环垂直对称设于所述收集桶桶口，所述两个吊环连同所述收集桶挂靠于所述两个挂钩上。
进一步，上述固定卡环包括两个半圆环，所述两个半圆环的一端铰接、另一端通过螺栓连接。    
由于本实用新型泵送混凝土出料管口防遗撒装置采用了上述技术方案，即本装置包括固定卡环、收集桶、两个挂钩和两个吊环，固定卡环设于混凝土出料管口，两个挂钩垂直对称设于固定卡环外圈，两个吊环垂直对称设于收集桶桶口，两个吊环连同收集桶挂靠于两个挂钩上。本装置收集变换浇筑位置时出料管口遗撒的混凝土，避免了不同等级强度混凝土的混用及混凝土的浪费，保证了后续浇筑结构的质量。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示，本实用新型泵送混凝土出料管口防遗撒装置包括固定卡环1、收集桶3、两个挂钩2和两个吊环4，所述固定卡环1设于混凝土出料管口5，所述两个挂钩2垂直对称设于所述固定卡环1外圈，所述两个吊环4垂直对称设于所述收集桶3桶口，所述两个吊环4连同所述收集桶3挂靠于所述两个挂钩2上。
进一步，上述固定卡环1包括两个半圆环11，所述两个半圆环11的一端铰接、另一端通过螺栓12连接。固定卡环采用上述结构便于在出料管口的拆装及紧固，承载收集桶的重量。
本装置结构简单，使用方便，效果显著，两个挂钩2可焊接于固定卡环1上，两个吊环4与收集桶3可采用螺栓41锚固；在高层建筑泵送混凝土浇筑过程中，出料管口正常实施浇筑作业，当需要变化浇筑位置时，将带有吊环的收集桶挂于固定卡环的挂钩上，出料管口遗撒的混凝土落入收集桶内，在出料管口位置变换就位后将收集桶从挂钩上取下，出料管口继续进行新的位置的浇筑作业，同时将收集桶中混凝土倾倒至浇筑位置，避免了出料管口位置变换过程中混凝土的遗撒，极为有效的保证了工程质量并且避免了材料浪费，降低了施工成本。

1.一种泵送混凝土出料管口防遗撒装置，其特征在于：本装置包括固定卡环、收集桶、两个挂钩和两个吊环，所述固定卡环设于混凝土出料管口，所述两个挂钩垂直对称设于所述固定卡环外圈，所述两个吊环垂直对称设于所述收集桶桶口，所述两个吊环连同所述收集桶挂靠于所述两个挂钩上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵送混凝土出料管口防遗撒装置，其特征在于：所述固定卡环包括两个半圆环，所述两个半圆环的一端铰接、另一端通过螺栓连接。
