背景技术
目前,现有的电动单梁起重机使用压力机通过模具将一块块钢板板压制成U型槽和斜腹板,长度一般为1.5米或2米等,然后将这些U型槽和斜腹板根据所需长度进行对焊、校正后才能使用,再按照电动单梁起重机的焊接工艺进行操作:点筋板—焊筋板—焊工字钢—焊斜腹板—组对—校正。 
但是,这种技术方案具有以下几种缺点:1、焊接质量不宜保证;因压制的U槽斜腹板是有多段U型槽和斜腹板拼接而成的,不仅因人员、应力、设备等因素给焊接带来质量缺陷,而且在接头处会出现凸凹现象,直线度与波浪度较严重,外观不平整。2、劳动强度大,效率低;电动单梁起重机是由槽和斜腹板组成,这些部件需在压力机上使用胎具,将一块块钢板进行压制成型,压制完成还需将槽进行校正、抬运、对接、焊接、每一工序都需花费时间,这样一来浪费大量的人力、物力、设备,也大大降低生产效率;3、成本高;电动单梁起重机使用的U型槽和斜腹板需进行下料、压制、搬运、对接、焊接、校正等多种工序,浪费了大量的焊材、氧气乙缺、设备、电力等,制造成本也就随之增加。
