轮辋扩口机用于轮辋刨渣、滚压后的预成型前的加工工艺，用于改善轮辋卷圆刨渣后两侧的不圆度，而在轮辋端面两侧旋加一定的预加扩口力，以达到进入下道工序中良好的滚型效果，是平板轮辋生产线中的必备机床。现有的轮辋扩口机基本上是由四立柱组成的立式液压扩口机，在生产过程中，工件需要人力搬运到立式液压扩口机上，因而劳动强度大。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种降低劳动成本，结构简单，维修方便的平板轮辋卧式扩口机。
为此本实用新型采用的技术方案是：包括由四根横梁、左立座和右立座组成的机体，机体下端设有底座，左立座和右立座之间的横梁上设有滑块，右立座上安装的液压缸的活塞杆与滑块右端连接，滑块左端面和左立座右端面安装有扩口模具，左立座和滑块之间设有推料机构。
所述推料机构通过连杆与滑块和底座连接，并可移动的安装在机体下端两个横梁上。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型劳动成本低，结构简单，劳动成本低，维修方便。
