背景技术
制备番茄红素主要用于对中药材以水或有机溶媒为介质提取的半成品进行深层脱除介质的工艺过程。脱溶是指在过饱和固溶体中，呈溶质原子发生偏聚，并沉淀析出新相的现象。现有的真空或高温常压脱溶方法脱溶时间过长，约30小时。高温常压脱溶过程不易控制溶剂气味散发，因此存在工作效率低的问题。

本实用新型提供一种制备番茄红素用的脱溶罐，本实用新型解决了制备番茄红素工艺中，采用现有的现有的真空或高温常压脱溶方法脱溶时间过长，工作效率低的问题。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种制备番茄红素用的脱溶罐，包括一个上下封闭的圆柱形的罐体2，罐体2内设置有一个筒壁是网板的脱溶滚筒3；罐体2的顶部有一个加料管1，加料管1下端连接脱溶滚筒3内部；罐体2设置于一个底座5上面，在底座5内设置有一个电机6，电机6的转轴穿过罐体2的底部的动密封装置与脱溶滚筒3连接；在罐体2的侧下部有一个出料及抽气口4。
本实用新型的技术效果：1、脱溶过程负压全密闭，安全，基本无气味溢出；2、脱溶效率可提高30％。
