Abstract
提供一种旋流双碱法脱硫装置,包括相互连接的塔顶烟囱、塔内烟囱、烟道入口、烟道、塔体、排液管、基础,其特征是:在脱硫塔圆周形的内塔壁上设置有固定连接的阻液板;在烟道中设置有固定连接的喷淋系统,喷淋系统有2-4排;多块阻液板斜向均匀分布在脱硫塔圆周形的内塔壁上。其有益效果是:利用在烟道中设置的喷淋系统对烟气进行脱硫反应,脱硫后的烟气与碱液进入脱硫塔中,沿脱硫塔塔壁旋转,在离心力的作用下,实现烟气与碱液的分离,碱液液滴在与设置在脱硫塔塔壁上的阻液板多次碰撞后,沿塔壁流下;烟气旋转到脱硫塔下部,由塔外烟囱排出。本实用新型结构简单、压力损失小、脱硫效果好又实现了无堵塞,保持了脱硫设备的正常运行。

背景技术:
[0002] 在现有的烟气脱硫设备中,大多使用的是湿法脱硫工艺,其脱硫的原理是:烟气在吸收塔中用石灰石浆液洗涤来自烟道的烟气,烟气中的二氧化硫被浆液吸收,并与石灰石反应氧化成石膏,被洗涤脱硫后的烟气统称为净烟气,再从烟®排向大气。在烟气被洗涤进行脱硫过程中,烟气带走一部分10-60wm细小的液滴,在液滴中或多或少的含有烟尘,烟气 在离开吸收塔前,要经过除雾器除去其中较大的液滴,使这些液滴再回到吸收塔中。在现有的除雾器中,主要有两种结构,一种是平板式除雾器,另一种是V字式也称屋脊式除雾器,在使用过程中,平板式除雾器常表现出性能差、可靠性差,上、下板缝中结垢严重,影响使用效果。而屋脊式除雾器缺点是结构复杂、用材料量大价格贵,比平板式除雾器价格贵一倍。另外脱硫塔中的除雾器一般都有200〜300Pa的压力损失,加之除雾器有可能因为种种原因发生局部堵塞,使系统阻力增大,导致脱硫系统有时无法正常运行。
发明内容:
[0003] 本实用新型的目的是克服上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种结构简单、压力损失小,利用原烟气系统增压风机余压进行脱硫的无除雾器的旋流双碱法脱硫装置。
[0004] 本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的方案是:提供一种旋流双碱法脱硫装置,包括相互连接的塔顶烟®、塔内烟®、烟道入口、烟道、塔体、排液管、基础,其特征是:在脱硫塔圆周形的内塔壁上设置有固定连接的阻液板;在烟道中设置有固定连接的喷淋系统。其特征还在于:喷淋系统有2-4排;多块阻液板斜向均匀分布在脱硫塔圆周形的内塔壁上。
[0005] 本实用新型的有益效果是:由于不设除雾器,克服了除雾器存在的不足,利用在烟道中设置的喷淋系统对烟气进行脱硫反应,脱硫后的烟气与碱液进入脱硫塔中,沿脱硫塔塔壁旋转,在离心力的作用下,实现烟气与碱液的分离,碱液液滴在与设置在脱硫塔塔壁上的阻液板多次碰撞后,沿塔壁流下,烟气旋转到脱硫塔下部,由塔内烟®排出。本实行新型结构简单、压力损失小、脱硫效果好又实现了无堵塞,保持了脱硫设备的正常运行。

具体实施方式:[0009] 下面结合附图对本实用新型实施例作进一步详细说明:如图I、图2所示的一种旋流双碱法脱硫装置,主要由塔顶烟囱I、烟道入口 2、烟道3、塔内烟囱5、塔体6、排液管8、基础9组成;塔顶烟囱I与塔内烟囱5固定连通,塔顶烟囱I安装在塔内烟囱5的上部;塔内烟囱5安装在塔体6的中部,并与塔底留有一段距离;塔体6安装在基础9的上部;排液管8安装在塔体6的下部;烟道3为方形烟道,并安装在塔体6的上部;其特征在于:在方形烟道3的入口处设置有固定安装的喷淋系统4 ;喷淋系统4有两排;在塔体6的下部外圆周内设置有一圈固定安装的阻液板7 ;每块阻液板7均匀斜向的布置在塔体6的外圆周内部。本实用新型的工作原理是:进入烟道3中的烟气与设置在烟道3中的喷淋系统4喷出的碱液(氢氧化钠溶液)相遇并进行脱硫反应,脱硫后的烟气与碱液通过烟道入口 2进入脱硫塔塔体6中,进入脱硫塔塔体6的烟气沿脱硫塔塔壁旋转,在离心力的作用下,烟气中的液滴向外侧移动,接近塔壁,碱液液滴在与设置在脱硫塔6塔壁上的阻液板7多次碰撞后,沿塔壁流下,实现烟气与碱液的分离,烟气旋转到脱硫塔下部,由塔内烟®排出。双碱法脱硫最大的技术特点就是利用碱液(氢氧化钠溶液)的特性,实现在I〜I. 5的液气比条件下完成 脱硫,其液气比仅仅是石灰石一石膏法的1/10,整个系统的阻力仅仅为200Pa左右。同时不会发生堵塞现象。完全可以利用原烟气系统增压风机余压进行脱硫。脱硫系统的能耗较有增压风机降低60%以上。

1. 一种旋流双碱法脱硫装置,包括相互连接的塔顶烟® (I)、塔内烟® (5)、烟道入口(2)、烟道(3)、塔体(6)、排液管(8)、基础(9),其特征是:在脱硫塔圆周形的内塔壁上设置有固定连接的阻液板(7)、在烟道(3)中设置有固定连接的喷淋系统(4)。
2.如权利要求I所述的一种旋流双碱法脱硫装置,其特征在于:喷淋系统(4)有2-4排。
3.如权利要求I所述的一种旋流双碱法脱硫装置,其特征在于:多块阻液板(7)斜向均匀分布在脱硫塔圆周形的内塔壁上。·
