本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该康复侧摆机，其特征在于：包括手扶杆、支架、转轴、摆动杆、连接绳、杠铃片、踏板、底座，支架固定在底座上，手扶杆焊接在支架上端两侧，踏板固定在底座上，摆动杆由转轴连接固定在支架上，连接绳一端连接杠铃片，一端与转轴连接。
使用时，人站在踏板上，双手握住手扶杆，大腿外侧靠在摆动杆上，腿部向外用力让摆动杆将杠铃片抬起，通过往返交替运动可增强腿部肌肉群的力量。
