本实用新型涉及一种香菇接种设备，具体涉及一种香菇冲压式接种机，包括机架，其特征在于机架中部水平设置有操作板，机架上部竖直方向对应设置有导向槽，两个导向槽之间设置有横杆，横杆上均匀设置有4根接种棒，该接种棒的接种端与操作板相对应，横杆顶部通过活塞连杆与活塞相连，活塞的另一端依次连接有变速箱和电机。本实用新型用机械方式代替人工操作，提高了劳动效率，推动了香菇生产工厂化水平和标准化程度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种香菇接种设备，具体涉及一种香菇冲压式接种机。
背景技术
香菇袋栽生产用的是15×55cm聚乙烯塑料袋，原材料经预湿、搅拌均匀后装成长38-39cm，重1.9-2kg的袋子，经高温灭菌后接种。
之前是人工用长10cm,直径1.5cm的接种棒在菌袋上均匀的打4个直径1.5cm，深2-2.5cm的接种穴，然后将大小合适的菌种接在接种穴内。这种原始的打孔接种方法费力，效率低，而且因每个人用的力度不同而标准不一。
实用新型内容
根据以上现有技术的不足，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种香菇冲压式接种机，能够轻松方便的为菌袋接种，提高工作效率。
本实用新型所述的一种香菇冲压式接种机，包括机架，机架中部水平设置有操作板，机架上部竖直方向对应设置有导向槽，两个导向槽之间设置有横杆，横杆上均匀设置有4根接种棒，该接种棒的接种端与操作板相对应，横杆顶部通过活塞连杆与活塞相连，活塞的另一端依次连接有变速箱和电机。
其中，与接种棒相对应的操作板位置处优选设置有菌袋凹槽。菌袋在接种时直接放入菌袋凹槽内即可，不用每次再找准位置进行接种。
使用时，调节变速箱，使得接种棒在菌袋上的冲压力度保证接种穴深度在2-2.5cm内。
本实用新型所具有的有益效果是：用机械方式代替人工操作，提高了劳动效率，推动了香菇生产工厂化水平和标准化程度。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的一种香菇冲压式接种机，包括机架1，机架1中部水平设置有操作板2，机架1上部竖直方向对应设置有导向槽，两个导向槽之间设置有横杆3，横杆3上均匀设置有4根接种棒4，该接种棒4的接种端与操作板2相对应，横杆3顶部通过活塞连杆与活塞5相连，活塞5的另一端依次连接有变速箱6和电机7。
其中，与接种棒4相对应的操作板2位置处设置有菌袋凹槽8。菌袋在接种时直接放入菌袋凹槽8内即可，不用每次再找准位置进行接种。
使用时，调节变速箱6，使得接种棒4在菌袋上的冲压力度保证接种穴深度在2-2.5cm内。
本实用新型用机械方式代替人工操作，提高了劳动效率，推动了香菇生产工厂化水平和标准化程度。

1.一种香菇冲压式接种机，包括机架，其特征在于机架中部水平设置有操作板，机架上部竖直方向对应设置有导向槽，两个导向槽之间设置有横杆，横杆上均匀设置有4根接种棒，该接种棒的接种端与操作板相对应，横杆顶部通过活塞连杆与活塞相连，活塞的另一端依次连接有变速箱和电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的香菇冲压式接种机，其特征在于与接种棒相对应的操作板位置处设置有菌袋凹槽。
