本实用新型涉及一种电涡流缓速器定子支架,其特征是包括分体的中心轴支架和线圈安装支架,线圈安装支架中心位精加工有配合止口,中心轴支架部分穿过该止口,所述中心轴支架与线圈安装支架环状交叠部均布有对应的螺栓孔,借助螺栓将两者锁固成一体。定子支架采用分体结构,由于中心轴支架外形尺寸较小、容易实现精加工的操作,且降低了劳动强度和加工费用,并方便在上面安装油嘴、轴承、油封、中心轴等部件;将铁芯和线圈安装到线圈安装支架上并接好线后再与中心轴支架连接,也方便线圈接线,最后再装配成一体。

本实用新型属于领域,特别涉及一种电涡流缓速器定子支架,尤其是适用于中重型货车用电涡流缓速器定子支架。 
背景技术:
现有电涡流缓速器普遍用于中重型车辆等作为辅助制动系统,是一种无接触式无磨损的减速方案,与传统刹车蹄片配合,大大提高刹车效率,并可延长刹车蹄片的使用寿命。货车用电涡流缓速器转子分总成由前转盘、突缘、中间轴及后转盘组成,在车辆运行过程中转子分总成与传动轴一起高速旋转。定子分总成由定子支架、铁芯、线圈等组成。转子分总成的中间轴通过二个轴承安装在定子支架上。定子支架中心孔用来安装轴承、油封等地方的位置度要求较高。传统定子支架采用一体式铸造成型,包括中心位的中心轴支架和外沿的线圈安装支架,成型后中心轴支架需进行机加工,以满足转子中间轴的安装精度。因定子支架毛坯较重(约40Kg),外形尺寸较大(回转半径Φ650mm),而且加工精度要求较高,所以加工难度较大,加工成本很高。如何改良定子支架,使得更易于加工和保证配合精确度,即成为本实用新型研究对象。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是设计一种分体式定子支架,其线圈安装支架与中心轴支架分体成型,并通过螺栓锁固在一体的电涡流缓速器定子支架。 
本实用新型技术方案是这样实现的:一种电涡流缓速器定子支架,其特征是包括分体的中心轴支架和线圈安装支架,线圈安装支架中心位精加工有配合止口,中心轴支架部分穿过该止口,所述中心轴支架与线圈安装支架环状交叠部均布有对应的螺栓孔,借助螺栓将两者锁固成一体。使得中心轴支架和线圈安装支架可分开加工,而后再行装配成一体。 
本实用新型构思独特,定子支架采用分体结构,中心轴支架外形尺寸较小、容易实现精加工的操作,且降低了劳动强度和加工费用,并方便在上面安装油嘴、轴承、油封、中心轴等部件;将铁芯和线圈安装到线圈安装支架上并接好线后再与中心轴支架连接, 也方便线圈接线,最后再装配成一体。

具体实施方式:
参照图1和图2,电涡流缓速器定子支架,其包括分体的线圈安装支架1和中心轴支架2,线圈安装支架1中心位精加工有配合止口11,在止口的环状外沿加工有螺栓孔4;中心轴支架2部分穿过该止口11,中心轴支架2与线圈安装支架1环状交叠部均布有对应的螺栓孔4,借助螺栓3将两者锁固成一体。 
定子支架分体结构,有利于分步高精度加工和装配,也能减轻加工时操作难度。
