本实用新型涉及电力输送领域,具体地说是涉及一种新型碳纤维加固材料制成的电缆。 
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的不断发展,电力需求的不断增长,电缆作为电能传输的载体的需求量也越来越大,而目前国内用的电缆导线多是钢芯铝绞线和钢芯铝合金导线,这些导线的重量较大,电阻较大,从而导致输电费用高,且运行温度较低,不能适应在高温条件下的运行,因此电力传输成为电力工业发展的“瓶颈”,各国均在研究新型架空输电路用导线,以取代传统的钢芯铝绞线。 
实用新型内容
鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是要提供一种产品设计合理,抗拉强度高,质量轻,可阻抗化学腐蚀和恶劣环境的破坏,耐久性好,不易老化,施工方便快捷,施工质量易于保证,节能环保,适用范围广的一种碳纤维加固电缆。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术解决方案是:一种碳纤维加固电缆,其具有碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料内芯、玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料外芯、第一层梯形铝导线、第二层梯形铝导线,其特征在于,碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料内芯外覆盖玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料外芯;在玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料外芯外覆盖第一层梯形铝导线,在第一层梯形铝导线外覆盖第二层梯形铝导线。 
进一步地,在玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料外芯和第一层梯形铝导线之间设置保护性涂层。 
碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料内芯是电缆的核心,具有导电率高、重量轻等优点,其外层为绝缘的玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料外芯,有的还在玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料外芯外围包覆聚四氟乙烯层或喷涂绝缘物质,使芯棒与铝线完全绝缘,两者之间不存在接触电位差,使铝导线免受电腐蚀。 
碳纤维加固电缆与传统的钢芯铝绞电缆相比较具有以下优点: 
(1)重量轻:碳纤维复合芯的密度约为1190g/cm3,钢的密度为718g/cm3。前者是后者的1/4。因此,架空电缆的杆塔跨距可增长,减少塔杆数约为16%左右,同时减少占地面积。 
(2)强度高,破断力大。碳纤维加固电缆的拉伸强度约为2399MPa,是普通钢丝的1197倍,是高强度钢的117倍。 
(3)导电率高,载流量大。相同直径碳纤维加固电缆中的铝线截面积是常规钢芯铝绞电缆的1129倍,载流量提高29%左右。 
(4)线路损耗小。碳纤维复合材料是一种非磁性材料,当导线通过交流电时不会产生磁滞损耗和涡流损耗,呈现出更小的交流电阻。 
(5)耐腐蚀,使用寿命长。碳纤维复合芯棒避免了钢芯在通电时铝线与镀锌钢丝之间的电化学腐蚀,使铝导线长期使用而耐老化。。 
(6)线膨胀系数小,弛度小。

具体实施方式
一种碳纤维加固电缆,其具有碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料内芯1、玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料外芯2、第一层梯形铝导线3、第二层梯形铝导线4,其特征在于,碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料内芯1外覆盖玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料外芯2;在玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料外芯2外覆盖第一层梯形铝导线3;在第一层梯形铝导线3外覆盖第二层梯形铝导线4。所述碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料内芯是环氧树脂、纳米膨胀石墨、碳纤维高强导电复合材料,所述复合材料由环氧树脂、膨胀倍数在100倍以上的膨胀石墨和增强体碳纤维组成,各组分的质量份为:环氧树脂100份、膨胀倍数在100倍以上的膨胀石墨1~8份和增强体碳纤维1~30份;所述增强体碳纤维是碳纤维丝、陶瓷纤维丝和玻璃纤维毡由热固性树脂固化定型制成的碳纤维复合芯,所述碳纤维丝是由聚丙烯腈基碳纤维混合纤维素碳纤维制成的纤维丝。 
进一步地,在玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料外芯2和第一层梯形铝导线3之间设置保护性涂层5。 
进一步地,所述保护性涂层5是聚四氟乙烯层或绝缘物质层。

1.一种碳纤维加固电缆,其具有碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料内芯、玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料外芯、第一层梯形铝导线、第二层梯形铝导线,其特征在于,碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料内芯外覆盖玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料外芯;在玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料外芯外覆盖第一层梯形铝导线;在第一层梯形铝导线外覆盖第二层梯形铝导线。
2.如权利要求1所述的碳纤维加固电缆,其特征在于,在玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料外芯和第一层梯形铝导线之间设置保护性涂层。
