Abstract

一种复合芯电缆,包括由复合芯碳纤维束组成的导电层、绝缘导热耐温层、绝缘防水防潮保护层及外层绝缘护套。特征在于所说的复合芯碳纤维导电层是将玻璃纤维丝混合到碳纤维束中,再将复混碳纤维束复合成索,最后再由热固性树脂固化成一体的复合材料。将复合碳纤维束穿入两层铝线的中心,形成铝基碳纤维复合芯,所述的复合芯碳纤维束有碳纤维丝、玻璃纤维丝混合成索并由热固性树脂固化定型,所说外绞合铝导体为耐热铝合金圆形导体,绞线外有绝缘层。本实用新型的优点是复合芯碳纤维电缆的导电率比钢芯电缆高,重量比钢芯电缆低,且抗拉强度大,生产技术简单。

本实用新型涉及电力输送领域,具体的讲是一种复合芯碳纤维电缆。
背景技术
本实用新型涉及一种碳纤维复合材料电缆。电力远距离输送,地上部通常采用钢芯铝绞线,地下采用再外挤包绝缘层的绝缘电缆。钢芯铝绞线,如果采用普通钢丝,其绞线抗拉强度仅1240Mpa左右,如采用高强度钢丝也仅只达1410Mpa左右。架空敷设跨距受到限制,且架空驰度大,不仅造成架设成本高,而且抵抗外力能力差,遇突然外力如大风、暴雨,容易发生断线事故。因而现有普遍使用的钢芯铝绞线抗拉强度低,已成为“电力传输瓶颈”。 因此现有的电缆多采用金属材料,具有耗电量大,热转换效率低,易烧断,易损耗,使用寿命短的特点;很难满足在恶劣环境下,耐长久且高导电率,节能环保的技术要求。  
发明内容
本实用新型即是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种重量轻、热膨胀系数小、强度高、容量大、耐高温、低驰度、耐腐蚀、低线损特点的复合芯碳纤维电热电缆。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术解决方案是:一种复合芯碳纤维电热电缆,包括由复合芯碳纤维束组成的导电层、绝缘导热耐温层、绝缘防水防潮保护层及外层绝缘护套。碳纤维导电层外包覆绝缘导热耐温层,绝缘导热耐温层外包覆绝缘防水防潮保护层,外层绝缘护套包覆于绝缘防水防潮保护层外面。 所述的复合芯碳纤维束有碳纤维丝、玻璃纤维丝混合成索并由热固性树脂固化定型,所说外绞合铝导体为耐热铝合金圆形导体,绞线外有绝缘层。
本实用新型的优点是复合芯碳纤维电缆的导电率比钢芯电缆高,重量比钢芯电缆低,且抗拉强度大,生产技术简单。

具体实施方式
图1、图2所示的附图标记如下:复合芯碳纤维导电层1,绝缘导热耐温层2,绝缘防水防潮保护层3,外层绝缘护套4,复合碳纤维束5,铝线6。 
图1所示的一种复合芯碳纤维电缆从复合芯碳纤维导电层由里至外依次包覆绝缘导热耐温层、绝缘防水防潮保护层及外层绝缘护套。 
图2所示的复合芯碳纤维导电层,可以是碳纤维丝与玻璃纤维丝混合绞合成束;也可以是分别将碳纤维丝和玻璃纤维丝成束,再复合成索;还可以是在玻璃纤维束内混合有碳纤维丝,再将复混玻璃纤维束复合成索,最后由热固性树脂固化成一整体。实用新型尤其采用在玻璃纤维束内混合有碳纤维丝,再将复混玻璃纤维束复合成索,所说碳纤维复合芯直径较好为2.5-12mm。碳纤维丝是一种以高强度和高模量碳纤维混合增强的合金元素含量为:Mg 1-4%,Cu 1-4%,Mn0.2-0.4%的铝为基体的,碳纤维是连续的,且碳纤维的含量为20-50%的复合材料。复合材料通过管模具制成线丝,然后混合到碳纤维中复合成束,然后将复合碳纤维束穿入两层铝线的中心,形成铝基碳纤维复合芯,复合芯的直径为3.0-4.0mm。

1.一种复合芯电缆,其特征在于包括由复合芯碳纤维束组成的导电层、绝缘导热耐温层、绝缘防水防潮保护层及外层绝缘护套,碳纤维导电层外包覆绝缘导热耐温层,绝缘导热耐温层外包覆绝缘防水防潮保护层,外层绝缘护套包覆于绝缘防水防潮保护层外面;所述的复合芯碳纤维束有碳纤维丝、玻璃纤维丝混合成索并由热固性树脂固化定型,所说外绞合铝导体为耐热铝合金圆形导体,绞线外有绝缘层。
