本实用新型涉及一种树脂、石墨、碳纤维复合材料芯,其由碳纤维-树脂复合材料芯层与环绕所述芯层的保护层构成,其中,该保护层是由纤维毡和/或纤维织物增强的树脂材料层;所述碳纤维材料是环氧树脂、纳米膨胀石墨、碳纤维高强导电复合材料,所述复合材料由环氧树脂、膨胀倍数在100倍以上的膨胀石墨和增强体碳纤维组成,各组分的质量份为:环氧树脂100份、膨胀倍数在100倍以上的膨胀石墨1~8份和增强体碳纤维1~30份。本实用新型的电缆用碳纤维-树脂复合材料芯相较于前述现有技术降低了产品的单位长度重量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种纤维增强复合材料,更具体地涉及一种树脂、石墨、碳纤维复合材料芯。 
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的不断发展,电力需求的不断增长,电缆作为电能传输的载体的需求量也越来越大,而目前国内用的电缆导线多是钢芯铝绞线和钢芯铝合金导线,这些导线的重量较大,电阻较大,从而导致输电费用高,且运行温度较低,不能适应在高温条件下的运行,因此电力传输成为电力工业发展的“瓶颈”,各国均在研究新型架空输电路用导线,以取代传统的钢芯铝绞线。 
碳纤维复合芯电缆与传统的钢芯铝绞电缆相比较具有以下优点: 
(1)重量轻:碳纤维复合芯的密度约为1190g/cm3,钢的密度为718g/cm3。前者是后者的1/4。因此,架空电缆的杆塔跨距可增长,减少塔杆数约为16%左右,同时减少占地面积。 
(2)强度高,破断力大。碳纤维复合芯电缆的拉伸强度约为2399MPa,是普通钢丝的1197倍,是高强度钢的117倍。 
(3)导电率高,载流量大。相同直径碳纤维复合芯电缆中的铝线截面积是常规钢芯铝绞电缆的1129倍,载流量提高29%左右。 
(4)线路损耗小。碳纤维复合材料是一种非磁性材料,当导线通过交流电时不会产生磁滞损耗和涡流损耗,呈现出更小的交流电阻。 
(5)耐腐蚀,使用寿命长。碳纤维复合芯棒避免了钢芯在通电时铝线与镀锌钢丝之间的电化学腐蚀,使铝导线长期使用而耐老化。。 
(6)线膨胀系数小,弛度小。 
实用新型内容
鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是要提供一种产品设计合理,抗拉强度高,质量轻,可阻抗化学腐蚀和恶劣环境的破坏,耐久性好,不易老化,施工 方便快捷,施工质量易于保证,节能环保,适用范围广的一种碳纤维电缆。 
一种树脂、石墨、碳纤维复合材料芯,其特征在于,其由碳纤维-树脂复合材料芯层与环绕所述芯层的保护层构成,其中,所述保护层是纤维毡和纤维织物增强的树脂材料层,所述碳纤维的K数在1K-80K之间,所述纤维毡和纤维织物交错复合在一起形成缝编毡,所述缝编毡通过树脂固化在所述芯层表面形成所述保护层;所述碳纤维材料是环氧树脂、纳米膨胀石墨、碳纤维高强导电复合材料,所述复合材料由环氧树脂、膨胀倍数在100倍以上的膨胀石墨和增强体碳纤维组成,各组分的质量份为:环氧树脂100份、膨胀倍数在100倍以上的膨胀石墨1~8份和增强体碳纤维1~30份;所述增强体碳纤维是碳纤维丝、陶瓷纤维丝和玻璃纤维毡由热固性树脂固化定型制成的碳纤维复合芯,所述碳纤维丝是由聚丙烯腈基碳纤维混合纤维素碳纤维制成的纤维丝。 
本实用新型的树脂、石墨、碳纤维复合材料芯相较于前述现有技术降低了产品的单位长度重量。

参照图1,一种树脂、石墨、碳纤维复合材料芯,其由碳纤维-树脂复合材料芯层1与环绕所述芯层1的保护层2构成,其中,所述保护层2是纤维毡和纤维织物增强的树脂材料层,所述碳纤维的K数在1K-80K之间,所述纤维毡和纤维织物交错复合在一起形成缝编毡,所述缝编毡通过树脂固化在所述芯层表面形成所述保护层;所述碳纤维材料是环氧树脂、纳米膨胀石墨、碳纤维高强导电复合材料,所述复合材料由环氧树脂、膨胀倍数在100倍以上的膨胀石墨和增强体碳纤维组成,各组分的质量份为:环氧树脂100份、膨胀倍数在100倍以上的膨胀石墨1~8份和增强体碳纤维1~30份;所述增强体碳纤维是碳纤维丝、陶瓷纤维丝和玻璃纤维毡由热固性树脂固化定型制成的碳纤维复合芯,所述碳纤维丝是由聚丙烯腈基碳纤维混合纤维素碳纤维制成的纤维丝。

1.一种树脂、石墨、碳纤维复合材料芯,其特征在于,其由碳纤维-树脂复合材料芯层与环绕所述芯层的保护层构成,其中,所述保护层是纤维毡和纤维织物增强的树脂材料层,所述碳纤维的K数在25K-75K之间,所述纤维毡和纤维织物交错复合在一起形成缝编毡,所述缝编毡通过树脂固化在所述芯层表面形成所述保护层。
