本实用新型涉及电力用电缆。
背景技术
碳纤维具有高强度、高模量、低密度等传统材料所不具备的有点。在现在高技术领域具有广泛的应用。碳纤维的不足是价格昂贵、容易产生脆性断裂、高温抗氧化性差等。这些限制了碳纤维的应用。因此,实际生产中应用更多的是碳纤维复合材料。但是传统的碳纤维复合材料价格仍然非常昂贵,加工过程也非常复杂,所以其应用范围往往仅限于航空、航天、军工等特殊领域。碳纤维的高强度、高模量、低密度等优点使其在普通民用工程领域具有潜在的广大的应用前景,例如用于桥梁复合拉索、远洋捕鱼线缆、电力线缆等。在这些领域的应用,出于经济上的考虑,传统碳纤维复合材料是不合适的。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种碳纤维复合电缆,弯曲性好,抗拉强度更大,耐温性好,成本低、加工工艺简单,通流能力强。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种碳纤维复合电缆,包括碳纤维加强芯,其碳纤维加强芯为树脂浸透的多股碳纤维丝绞合而成,碳纤维加强芯外部设置有环氧树脂保护套,环氧树脂保护套外部与若干根合金丝绞合;所述碳纤维加强芯与四根导电铜线组成电缆主芯,导电铜线呈正方形设置于碳纤维加强芯外部;所述电缆主芯外包裹有橡胶绝缘层。 
优化的,上述碳纤维复合电缆,其橡胶绝缘层内设置有若干铝制抗拉丝。 
本实用新型具有耐腐蚀,防滞后,热膨胀系数小,使用寿命长,高导电率,质量轻,弯曲性好,有利于成盘收线和施工放线,而且在传输电能过程中散热好,可以明显提高通电时导体发热温度等级,从而增加载流量,可增加输电功率。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型为一种碳纤维复合电缆,包括碳纤维加强芯1,其碳纤维加强芯1为树脂浸透的多股碳纤维丝绞合而成,碳纤维加强芯1外部设置有环氧树脂保护套2,环氧树脂保护套2外部与若干根合金丝3绞合;所述碳纤维加强芯1与四根导电铜线4组成电缆主芯5,导电铜线4呈正方形设置于碳纤维加强芯1外部;所述电缆主芯5外包裹有橡胶绝缘层6。橡胶绝缘层6内设置有若干铝制抗拉丝61。本实用新型具有耐腐蚀,防滞后,热膨胀系数小,使用寿命长,高导电率,质量轻,弯曲性好,有利于成盘收线和施工放线,而且在传输电能过程中散热好,可以明显提高通电时导体发热温度等级,从而增加载流量,可增加输电功率。

1. 一种碳纤维复合电缆,包括碳纤维加强芯,其特征在于:所述碳纤维加强芯为树脂浸透的多股碳纤维丝绞合而成,碳纤维加强芯外部设置有环氧树脂保护套,环氧树脂保护套外部与若干根合金丝绞合;所述碳纤维加强芯与四根导电铜线组成电缆主芯,导电铜线呈正方形设置于碳纤维加强芯外部;所述电缆主芯外包裹有橡胶绝缘层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维复合电缆,其特征在于:所述橡胶绝缘层内设置有若干铝制抗拉丝。
