Abstract
一种石油平台用综合电缆,包括动力线芯以及包裹于动力线芯上的橡胶护套,动力线芯包括导体、包裹于导体上的绝缘套,导体由若干股镀锡铜丝以及均匀分布在镀锡铜丝中、带有二氧化硅涂层的碳纤维构成,所述绝缘套与导体间填充有聚醚醚酮,所述绝缘套内表面涂覆有薄膜聚酯层。线芯线损低、导电率高,弧垂小,导线与常规导线相比具有显著的低弛度特性,允许工作温度高,载流量大,重量轻,耐腐蚀,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石油平台用软电缆。
背景技术
中国专利公开号为CN 201956092U公开了一种石油平台用控制电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于:所述缆芯由若干绝缘线芯及设置在各绝缘线芯之间的一钢丝绳构成,所述钢丝绳外挤包TPE绝缘,所述绝缘线芯由一铜导体外挤包一TPE绝缘层组成;所述缆芯外挤包一TPU内护套层,所述内护套层外用芳纶进行铠装,所述芳纶外挤包一TPU外护套层;该技术方案通过设置钢丝绳以及挤包TPU绝缘,使其具有电气传输性能好,柔软,抗拉,耐油,耐高温,耐低温,耐摩擦且成本较低等优点。但其线芯的抗拉强度低,导电率低,尤其在石油平台使用中,环境较为恶略,对线芯的质量要求较高,一般的线芯无法满足石油平台的要求,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种线损低、导电率高,弧垂小,导线与常规导线相比具有显著的低弛度特性,允许工作温度高,载流量大,重量轻,耐腐蚀,使用寿命长的石油平台用综合电缆。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供了以下技术方案:一种石油平台用综合电缆,包括动力线芯以及包裹于动力线芯上的橡胶护套,其特征在于动力线芯包括导体、包裹于导体上的绝缘套,导体由若干股镀锡铜丝以及均匀分布在镀锡铜丝中、带有二氧化硅涂层的碳纤维构成,所述绝缘套与导体间填充有聚醚醚酮,所述绝缘套内表面涂覆有薄膜聚酯层。作为优选,橡胶护套内壁加设有编织屏蔽层。作为优选,橡胶护套为聚氨酯。聚氨酯耐油、耐辐射、强度高,耐候,柔软度好。
本发明的技术关键在于对线芯的结构进行改进,在镀锡铜丝中均匀分布带有二氧化硅涂层的碳纤维,大大提高其抗拉系数以及提高导电效率。
本发明的有益效果:本发明线芯线损低、导电率高,弧垂小,导线与常规导线相比具有显著的低弛度特性,允许工作温度高,载流量大,重量轻,耐腐蚀,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
一种石油平台用综合电缆,包括动力线芯001以及包裹于动力线芯001上的橡胶护套002,动力线芯001包括导体011、包裹于导体011上的绝缘套012,导体011由3股镀锡铜丝111以及均匀分布在镀锡铜丝111中、带有二氧化硅涂层的碳纤维112构成,所述绝缘套012与导体011间填充有聚醚醚酮004,所述绝缘套012内表面涂覆有薄膜聚酯层013。橡胶护套002内壁加设有编织屏蔽层003。橡胶护套002为聚氨酯。

1.一种石油平台用综合电缆,包括动力线芯以及包裹于动力线芯上的橡胶护套,其特征在于动力线芯包括导体、包裹于导体上的绝缘套,导体由若干股镀锡铜丝以及均匀分布在镀锡铜丝中、带有二氧化硅涂层的碳纤维构成,所述绝缘套与导体间填充有聚醚醚酮,所述绝缘套内表面涂覆有薄膜聚酯层;
橡胶护套内壁加设有编织屏蔽层;
橡胶护套为聚氨酯。
