本实用新型涉及机械，特别是物料输送用的一种防回带带料皮带输送装置。
背景技术
在工业生产中，如造纸行业，皮带输送物料占有很重要的地位，其工作效率和物料输送质量直接影响着生产和环境卫生，目前的皮带输送装置多种多样，但已有的皮带输送装置由于结构存在的问题，无法输送带有黏性的物料，强行输送黏性物料将会在回带上粘有黏物，然后掉落抛散，不但浪费原料，而且还会造成对生产环境的污染，影响正常的工作和生产。因此，物料输送装置上的改进和创新是业内所关心的技术问题。
发明内容
针对上述情况，为克服现有技术之缺陷，本实用新型之目的就是提供一种防回带带料皮带输送装置，可有效解决带有黏性物料的输送及防回带带料抛散的问题。
本实用新型解决的技术方案是，包括机架、电机、输送带，电机装在机架一端的上部，机架的另一端上部装有被动皮带辊筒，靠电机的斜下方装有主动皮带辊筒，主动皮带辊筒的辊轴上装有链轮，链轮经带链同电机轴上的电机链轮相连，主动皮带辊筒与被动皮带辊筒上装有环形输送带，被动皮带辊筒下部在支架上装有刮板架，刮板架上装有皮带刮板，靠刮板架处的机架上装有置于环形输送带下面的斜向导料板。
本实用新型结构简单，新颖独特，易生产安装使用，效果好，可有效用于带黏性物料的输送，有效提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作详细说明。
由图１所示，本实用新型包括机架、电机、输送带，电机１装在机架12一端的上部，机架的另一端上部装有被动皮带辊筒5，靠电机的斜下方装有主动皮带辊筒10，主动皮带辊筒10的辊轴上装有链轮11，链轮经带链3同电机轴上的电机链轮2相连，主动皮带辊筒10与被动皮带辊筒5上装有环形输送带4，被动皮带辊筒5下部在支架上装有刮板架7，刮板架上装有皮带刮板6，靠刮板架处的机架上装有置于环形输送带4下面的斜向导料板8。
为了保证使用效果，所述的环形输送带4上带面的下部在机架上装有皮带托辊9，用于防止环形输送带在输送过程中的下垂，保证环形输送带平稳输送物料，提高工作效率；所述的被动皮带辊筒5高于主动皮带辊筒10，与环形输送带4构成向上倾斜的物料输送结构；所述的斜向导料板8与机架外侧向下成夹角30°—　60°的倾斜状，有利于物料的下落和提高输送效果；所述的皮带刮板6与环形输送带下部相接触，用于有效刮去粘在环形输送带外输送机面上的黏性物质。
本实用新型的工作情况是，电机带动主动皮带辊筒10转动，主动皮带辊筒10带动环形输送带4和被动皮带辊筒5转动，物料经环形输送带4输送至上部，然后物料经斜向导料板8滑落至下道工序，由于在环形输送带下方装有刮板，可有效刮去粘在输送带面上的黏性物料，并收集起来进行统一处理，因此不会再有回带带料抛落的问题，同时有效解决了传统皮带输送装置不能输送黏性物料的问题，生产环境清洁卫生，防止了环境污染对人体造成的不良影响，经济和社会效益显著。

1.一种防回带带料皮带输送装置，包括机架、电机、输送带，其特征在于，电机（1）装在机架（12）一端的上部，机架的另一端上部装有被动皮带辊筒（5），靠电机的斜下方装有主动皮带辊筒（10），主动皮带辊筒（10）的辊轴上装有链轮（11），链轮经带链（3）同电机轴上的电机链轮（2）相连，主动皮带辊筒（10）与被动皮带辊筒（5）上装有环形输送带（4），被动皮带辊筒（5）下部在支架上装有刮板架（7），刮板架上装有皮带刮板（6），靠刮板架处的机架上装有置于环形输送带（4）下面的斜向导料板（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防回带带料皮带输送装置，其特征在于，所述的环形输送带（4）上带面的下部在机架上装有皮带托辊（9）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防回带带料皮带输送装置，其特征在于，所述的被动皮带辊筒（5）高于主动皮带辊筒（10），与环形输送带（4）构成向上倾斜的物料输送结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防回带带料皮带输送装置，其特征在于，所述的斜向导料板（8）与机架外侧向下成夹角30°—　60°的倾斜状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防回带带料皮带输送装置，其特征在于，所述的皮带刮板（6）与环形输送带下部相接触。
