如图1所示：一种绝缘纸筒冷压装置，包括下底座1，下压板2，下凹模3，上凸模4。所述的下底座1与下压板2相互平行设置；下凹模3布置在下底座1上，上凸模4布置在下压板2的下端。下底座1与下压板2之间设有丝杆手轮，通过调节手轮将下凹模3和上凸模4之间的纸板压紧成形成整体；所述下底座1上设有定位槽；下压板2上设有定位轴。
