技术领域
本实用新型涉及大电流用电抗器技术领域,尤其是指一种大圆柱金属磁粉芯。
背景技术
电抗器主要由电感磁芯及线圈等构成,而大电流用的电感磁芯往往采用金属磁粉芯。这种金属磁粉芯制作的电抗器被应用于太阳能和风能逆变器、汽车充电器、大功率变频空调离心机等领域当中。随着功率的增大,所要求的电感磁芯尺寸也不断增大。金属磁粉芯是由金属磁粉直接模压成型而来,由于没有烧结致密化工序,为了获得密度高、性能好的磁芯,需要高压制压力来保证高密度。磁粉芯尺寸越大,所需的压力也越高,否则就达不到所需要的磁性能。在制作大尺寸圆柱状(直径大于60mm)磁芯的时候,需要提高压力来保证大圆柱磁粉芯的密度,来保证良好的磁性能。但是,考虑到模具的耐压强度,成型压力不能过大,因此只能获得尺寸较小的的圆柱状金属磁粉芯。目前的工业生产,为了获得大尺寸、密度高的大圆柱状磁粉芯,只能通过提高压力来制造,但提高压力会存在两个问题:1、模具易爆裂,不利于操作人员安全;2、模具即使能使用,其使用寿命也短,成本高,不适合批量生产。因此,制备高密度、大直径尺寸的圆柱磁芯存在难度。
中国专利授权公告号:CN 202394660U,授权公告日2012年8月22日,公开了一种磁粉芯装置,包括磁粉芯结构和盘绕于磁粉芯结构外围的线圈,所述磁粉芯结构设置有多块呈长方体状的长方体磁粉芯,所述磁粉芯结构还包括多块弧形磁粉芯条,多块弧形磁粉芯条设置于所述长方体磁粉芯与线圈 之间的空隙内,所述磁粉芯结构为圆柱体。该实用新型的不足之处在于,仍需要通过提高压力来制造,而提高压力会存在模具易爆裂或者使用寿命短等问题,不适合批量生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了克服现有技术中存在上述的不足,提供了一种在常规压力下也能制作密度高、磁性能良好的大圆柱金属磁粉芯。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种大圆柱金属磁粉芯,由若干块大小形状一致的饼状磁粉芯构成,所述的饼状磁粉芯由若干块大小形状一致的扇形磁粉芯构成,所述扇形磁粉芯的弧度为2π/N,其中:N为大于等于2的整数,所述扇形磁粉芯的半径与大圆柱金属磁粉芯的半径一致。
首先,通过若干块扇形磁粉芯压合成饼状磁粉芯;然后,将若干块饼状磁粉芯压合成大圆柱磁粉芯。将高密度的扇形磁粉芯拼合成电抗器所需的大圆柱磁粉芯,可以满足大圆柱磁粉芯高密度、良好磁电性能的需要,比一体成型的大圆柱磁芯密度更高,磁电性能更加优良,同时可以显著延长压机模具使用寿命,降低生产成本,适合在常规压力下批量规模化生产不同尺寸的大圆柱磁芯。
作为优选,所述扇形磁粉芯由金属磁粉压制而成,所述的金属磁粉为磷酸钝化后的铁硅粉或铁硅铝粉。
作为优选,所述金属磁粉的粒度为200目。
作为优选,所述扇形磁粉芯的其中一条半径边上设有凹槽,另一条半径边上设有与凹槽相匹配的凸筋。便于扇形磁粉芯的拼装合成饼状磁粉芯,结 构简单,操作方便,提高了操作人员的工作效率。
作为优选,所述饼状磁粉芯的圆心处设有用于定位的通孔,所述通孔的直径小于1mm,所述的通孔内设有定位杆。便于饼状磁粉芯的拼装合成大圆柱磁粉芯,结构简单,操作方便,提高了操作人员的工作效率。
作为优选,所述扇形磁粉芯的所有边缘都设有小于1mm的倒角。由于较大的成型压力,在毛胚边缘处容易引起应力集中,造成产品倒角和开裂,而倒角的处理有利于迅速释放内应力,提高产品的成品率。
作为优选,所述扇形磁粉芯的表面平整度小于10μm,表面粗糙度小于10μm。这样可以减少饼状磁粉芯层与层之间接合气隙,贴合的更加紧密,提高大圆柱整体磁性能。
作为优选,所述扇形磁粉芯的表面设有防锈液层。扇形磁粉芯在拼合成大圆柱磁粉芯之前,表面通过防锈液层进行了防锈处理,这样可以避免磁粉芯在潮湿环境下生锈,保证产品的磁性能。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步的描述。
实施例一:如图1、图2所述的实施例中,一种大圆柱金属磁粉芯,该大圆柱磁粉芯的直径为100mm,由6块大小形状一致的饼状磁粉芯1构成,饼状磁粉芯1由8块大小形状一致的扇形磁粉芯3构成,扇形磁粉芯3的弧度为2π/N,其中:N为大于等于2的整数,本实施例中N为8,扇形磁粉芯3的半径与大圆柱金属磁粉芯的半径一致,即扇形磁粉芯3的半径为50mm。扇形磁粉芯3由金属磁粉压制而成,金属磁粉为磷酸钝化后的铁硅粉或铁硅铝粉,金属磁粉的粒度为200目。扇形磁粉芯3的其中一条半径边上设有凹槽5,另一条半径边上设有与凹槽5相匹配的凸筋4。饼状磁粉芯1的圆心处设有用于定位的通孔2,通孔2的直径小于1mm,通孔2内设有定位杆。其中:扇形磁粉芯3的所有边缘都设有小于1mm的倒角,扇形磁粉芯3的表面平整度小于10μm,表面粗糙度小于10μm,扇形磁粉芯3的表面设有防锈液层。

实施例二:如图2、图3所述的实施例中,一种大圆柱金属磁粉芯,该大圆柱磁粉芯的直径为130mm,由6块大小形状一致的饼状磁粉芯1构成,饼状磁粉芯1由6块大小形状一致的扇形磁粉芯3构成,扇形磁粉芯3的弧度为2π/N,其中:N为大于等于2的整数,本实施例中N为6,扇形磁粉芯3的半径与大圆柱金属磁粉芯的半径一致,即扇形磁粉芯3的半径为65mm。扇形磁粉芯3由金属磁粉压制而成,金属磁粉为磷酸钝化后的铁硅粉或铁硅铝粉,金属磁粉的粒度为200目。扇形磁粉芯3的其中一条半径边上设有凹槽5,另一条半径边上设有与凹槽5相匹配的凸筋4。饼状磁粉芯1的圆心处设有用于定位的通孔2,通孔2的直径小于1mm,通孔2内设有定位杆。其中:扇形磁粉芯3的所有边缘都设有小于1mm的倒角,扇形磁粉芯3的表面平整度小于10μm,表面粗糙度小于10μm,扇形磁粉芯3的表面设有防锈液层。

1.一种大圆柱金属磁粉芯,其特征是,由若干块大小形状一致的饼状磁粉芯(1)构成,所述的饼状磁粉芯(1)由若干块大小形状一致的扇形磁粉芯(3)构成,所述扇形磁粉芯(3)的弧度为2π/N,其中:N为大于等于2的整数,所述扇形磁粉芯(3)的半径与大圆柱金属磁粉芯的半径一致。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大圆柱金属磁粉芯,其特征是,所述扇形磁粉芯(3)由金属磁粉压制而成,所述的金属磁粉为磷酸钝化后的铁硅粉或铁硅铝粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种大圆柱金属磁粉芯,其特征是,所述金属磁粉的粒度为200目。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种大圆柱金属磁粉芯,其特征是,所述扇形磁粉芯(3)的其中一条半径边上设有凹槽(5),另一条半径边上设有与凹槽(5)相匹配的凸筋(4)。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种大圆柱金属磁粉芯,其特征是,所述饼状磁粉芯(1)的圆心处设有用于定位的通孔(2),所述通孔(2)的直径小于1mm,所述的通孔(2)内设有定位杆。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种大圆柱金属磁粉芯,其特征是,所述扇形磁粉芯(3)的所有边缘都设有小于1mm的倒角。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种大圆柱金属磁粉芯,其特征是,所述扇形磁粉芯(3)的表面平整度小于10μm,表面粗糙度小于10μm。
