目前,随着科技的发展和社会的进步,人们越来越注意节能降耗等环保问题,在电池类中,二次充电电池如锂离子电池这类环保型电池越来越受到大家的青睐。而在五金冲压行业中,钢带材料的成本一般占电池壳总成本的50%以上,所以如何减少单耗,降低材料成本则是冲压企业非常关注的问题。目前国内的锂电池的壳壁厚度一般为0.25mm,采用自然拉伸就可以达到这个厚度。但是现有的锂电池制作成本较高,且电池容量较小。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能实现节能环保及增容的锂电池外壳。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种锂电池外壳,它包括壳壁和壳芯,所述壳壁壁厚为0.1~0.2mm。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明,见图1所示一种锂电池外壳,它包括壳壁1,所述壳壁1壁厚为0.1~0.2mm,本实用新型优选的壳壁1壁厚为0.15mm。采用该壁厚既可将原材料单耗降低15%-30%,还可以增加电池的容量。
本实用新型的工作原理是:选用预镀钢带,采用具有该材料能确保电池产品质量的稳定性,提高生产效率,而且不存在盲孔镀的问题,能大大提高产品的电性能及使用寿命,同时在生产过程中无环境污染问题,在取得经济效益的同时保证了社会效益。当然也可采用具有以上性能的其它材料代替。
产品制作设备中的下模采用小转角大角度的设计。
