背景技术
我国是世界上能源消费增长最快的国家之一，油浸式非晶合金变压器是目前市场上主要的变压器节能产品，具有低噪音、低损耗、低费用等特点。油浸式非晶合金变压器线圈采用矩形结构，须选用相应的矩形绕线模，但传统的绕线模存在线圈拆卸不便，机械强度不高，易变形等情况。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的：针对现有变压器绕线模的不足， 本实用新型提供了一种油浸式非晶合金变压器绕线模具；通过对上下模板增加加强筋和通过一根连接上下模的连接轴，从而方便线圈拆卸及增加机械强度。
技术方案：一种油浸式非晶合金变压器绕线模具，主要由上模板、下模板和连接轴组成；所述绕线模通过连接轴连接上模板和下模板。
所述绕线模的上模板和下模板各包含4块加强筋。
有益效果：与现有的绕线模相比，本实用新型提供的绕线模使用方便，结构简单、拆卸容易，机械强度高，不易变形。

如图1-4所示，油浸式非晶合金变压器绕线模具，下模板2上端设有连接件；连接件上设有连接孔3，上模板1设置在下模板2之上，上模板1与连接孔3位置对应的模体上设有通孔；连接轴4穿过连接孔3和通孔使上模板1和下模板2连接在一起；当需要拆开上模板1和下模板2时，直接抽出连接轴4即可。
上模板1和下模板2均设有4个加强筋5。
