背景技术
铁箍是套在滑板侧面，为防止滑板在使用过程中发生断裂导致板面错位，起安全保障作用的。由于生产工艺要求，需要将特定材质、特定尺寸的铁条做成不同形状、不同规格的不规则的圆状铁箍。
现有的铁箍均是依靠人工进行加工，劳动强度大，生产效率低；并且铁箍的尺寸也难以保证。
发明内容
本实用新型就是针对上述问题，提供一种结构简单，生产铁箍省时省力，可以调整铁箍尺寸规格的铁箍撑箍机。
为实现本实用新型的上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案，本实用新型包括机架，其结构要点机架表面设置有固定胎具；机架内设置有同液压站相连的液压缸，液压缸的液压轴同机架上表面的活动胎具相连。
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案，所述的机架内相应于液压轴的端部设置有定位器。
本实用新型的有益效果：1、本实用新型构件少，结构简单；生产加工方便。
2、使用时，只需将铁箍套在活动胎具和固定胎具上，液压轴带动活动胎具移动，将铁箍撑开；操作方法简单，使用方便。
3、本实用新型在机架内相应于液压轴设置了定位器；在加工铁箍前，按照需要将定位器调整好位置后，启动液压站；当液压轴同定位器接触时，液压站停止运动，实现加工自动化的功能，使用方便，尺寸规格易于保证。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括机架10，机架10表面设置有固定胎具3，机架10内设置有同液压站1相连的液压缸2，液压缸2的液压轴4同机架10上表面的活动胎具5相连。
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案，所述的机架10内相应于液压轴4的端部设置有定位器7。
所述的液压轴4通过支撑柱6同活动胎具5相连；支撑柱6底部设置有滚轮9，机架10内相应于滚轮9设置有滑道8。液压轴4推动支撑柱6移动时，支撑柱6底部的滚轮9在滑道8上滚动，可使活动胎具5移动顺畅。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的一次动作过程：将焊接成圆状的铁箍套在固定胎具3和活动胎具5上，然后启动液压站1，在液压轴4的推动下，活动胎具5在机架10上表面向前方水平移动，当液压轴4端部移动到定位器7时，液压轴4停止移动；此时铁箍已被拉伸成所需形状，然后启动液压站1，液压轴4向相反方向移动，归到原位后，将铁箍取下，整个操作过程完成。

1.铁箍撑箍机，包括机架（10），其特征在于：机架（10）表面设置有固定胎具（3），机架（10）内设置有同液压站（1）相连的液压缸（2），液压缸（2）的液压轴（4）同机架（10）上表面的活动胎具（5）相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁箍撑箍机，其特征在于：所述的机架（10）内相应于液压轴（4）的端部设置有定位器（7）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铁箍撑箍机，其特征在于：所述的液压轴（4）通过支撑柱（6）同活动胎具（5）相连；支撑柱（6）底部设置有滚轮（9），机架（10）内相应于滚轮（9）设置有滑道（8）。
