Abstract

一种装载机铲斗一次成型液压装置，由机架、压板、胎具压头、胎具胎座、液压油缸组成。机架采用立方体框架结构，压板为方体结构，压板的四个角插入在机架的四个立柱上，液压油缸前端连接到压板的上方中心，后端固定在机架上端，胎具压头安装在压板下部，胎具胎座安装在机架底部。本实用新型结构简单、操作方便、成本低廉、省时省力，既降低了劳动强度又大大提高了产品的质量和精度等级。另外，与本实用新型连接的电气控制系统和插装阀集成液压系统可实现调整、手动及半自动三种操作方式，实现装载机铲斗定程、定压二种成形工艺.以保证装载机铲斗一次成型，还可以更换胎具用于其他工件的成型。

本实用新型涉及装载机铲斗铸造设备领域，具体是涉及一种装载机铲斗一次成型液压装置。
背景技术
目前市场上装载机铲斗的焊接制造大多采用人工，整个工作劳动强度大，且费时费力。另外，由于整个制造过程都是人工完成，而人类肉眼存在视觉误差，造成铲斗精度等级低、圆弧定形公差大，从而使得铲斗的质量无法得到保证。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术中存在的诸多问题，提供了一种装载机铲斗一次成型液压装置。
本实用新型所要解决的问题采用以下技术方案：一种装载机铲斗一次成型液压装置，由机架、压板、胎具压头、胎具胎座、液压油缸组成。
机架采用立方体框架结构，压板为方体结构，压板的四个角插入在机架的四个立柱上，液压油缸前端连接到压板的上方中心，后端固定在机架上端，胎具压头安装在压板下部，胎具胎座安装在机架底部。
所述胎具压头为月牙形金属结构，它的大小根据所需制造的装载机铲斗来确定。
所述胎具胎座为与胎具压头相对应的凹形金属结构。
本实用新型结构简单、操作方便、成本低廉、省时省力，既降低了劳动强度又大大提高了产品的质量和精度等级。另外，与本实用新型连接的电气控制系统和插装阀集成液压系统可实现调整、手动及半自动三种操作方式，实现装载机铲斗定程、定压二种成形工艺.以保证装载机铲斗一次成型，还可以更换胎具用于其他工件的成型。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：如图1所示，一种装载机铲斗一次成型液压装置，由机架1、压板2、胎具压头3、胎具胎座4、液压油缸5组成。
机架1采用立方体框架结构，压板2为方体结构，压板2的四个角插入在机架的四个立柱上，液压油缸5前端连接到压板2的上方中心，后端固定在机架1上端，胎具压头3安装在压板2下部，胎具胎座4安装在机架1底部。
所述胎具压头3为月牙形金属结构。
所述胎具胎座为4与胎具压头3相对应的凹形金属结构。
工作时，将需要压制钢板放置在胎具胎座上，液压油缸带动压板向下压制，胎具压头与胎具胎座对钢板进行挤压成型，实现装载机铲斗定程、定压二种成形工艺。

1. 一种装载机铲斗一次成型液压装置，其特征在于：它是由机架（1）、压板（2）、胎具压头（3）、胎具胎座（4）、液压油缸（5）组成；机架（1）采用立方体框架结构，压板（2）为方体结构，压板（2）的四个角插入在机架的四个立柱上，液压油缸（5）前端连接到压板（2）的上方中心，后端固定在机架（1）上端，胎具压头（3）安装在压板（2）下部，胎具胎座（4）安装在机架（1）底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装载机铲斗一次成型液压装置，其特征在于：所述胎具压头（3）为月牙形金属结构，所述胎具胎座为（4）与胎具压头（3）相对应的凹形金属结构。
