本实用新型属于机加工的装置，特别涉及一种齿条板切割整形胎架。
背景技术
海上钻井平台加热炉上使用的齿条板构件在切割完成后，对齿条的平面度要求很高，对齿条局部位置超出了工艺要求范围，必须加以整形。用传统的液压机造价高，一台2000吨的液压机造价在300万左右，操作麻烦，对整形齿条板不是很适用，因为齿条板只需局部整形，不需整板整形。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足，提供一种结构简单，造价低，使用方便的齿条板切割整形胎架。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种齿条板切割整形胎架，包括底座和加强立梆，其特征在于在底座中间装一个中间设凹槽的构件夹具；在加强立梆内侧固定有整形舱壁，在整形舱壁上对称地装两个千斤顶。
本实用新型的有益效果是：该实用新型结构简单，价格低，操作简单。

实施例，参照附图，一种齿条板切割整形胎架，包括底座1和加强立梆3，其特征在于在底座1中间装一个中间设凹槽7的构件夹具2，在加强立梆3内侧固定有整形舱壁4，在整形舱壁4上对称地装两个千斤顶5。要整形齿条板6放置在凹槽7的上方两个千斤顶5的中间，对要整形处挤压即可将凸起整平。
