本实用新型涉及一种液压打头机，具体的说是一种可防止模具移位液压打头机。
背景技术
请参考图1，盖液压打头机包括机架、导柱、导套、活塞杆、上模座、上模、下模，上下两层导套固定在机架上，其内套有导柱，导柱下端端头固定有上模座，上模座的上方固定有活塞杆，下方固定有上模，上模的正下方对应的是下模。
上述设备在运行一段时间后，上模与下模之间由于上模座与上模的位置变化而产生错位。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种液压打头机，解决目前上模与下模之间容易错位的技术问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
液压打头机，包括机架、导柱、导套、活塞杆、上模座、上模、下模、定位销；至少两层导套固定在机架上，其内设有导柱、导柱下端端头固定有上模座，上模座的上方通过定位销固定有活塞杆，上模座的下方通过定位销固定有上模；上模的正下方对应的设有下模。
所述下模固定在机架上。
所述定位销设置在上模座及上模的中心位置处。
本实用新型的有益效果是，由于上模座与上模通过定位销固定，这样两者在工作时能够保持位置不变，这样上模与下模之间就不容易错位。

具体实施方式
请参考图2，本实施例有两层四个导套3固定在机架1上，导套3内套有导柱2，导柱2下端通过螺栓固定有上模座5，在上模座5上方通过螺栓固定有活塞杆4，上模座5下方通过螺栓固定有上模6，除此之外，在活塞杆4、上模座5、上模6的中心处有两个定位销8，其中一个用于固定活塞杆4及上模座5，另一个用于固定上模座5及上模6，上模6的正下方对应的是下模7，该下模7固定在机架1上。

1.液压打头机，包括机架、导柱、导套、活塞杆、上模座、上模、下模；其特征在于：还包括定位销；至少两层导套固定在机架上，其内设有导柱、导柱下端端头固定有上模座，上模座的上方通过定位销固定有活塞杆，上模座的下方通过定位销固定有上模；上模的正下方对应的设有下模。
2.依据权利要求1所述的液压打头机，其特征在于：所述下模固定在机架上。
3.依据权利要求1所述的液压打头机，其特征在于：所述定位销设置在上模座及上模的中心位置处。
