本实用新型涉及一种冷却装置，特别涉及一种循环冷却水装置。
背景技术
联拉管经过第二拉拔后直接进行收卷进入料框内，当联拉管经过第二拉拔装置时，管子经过拉拔后温度升高，管子外表面残留的外膜油大量挥发，在收卷处产生大量油烟，危害身体健康。
在现今工业生产中急需一种冷却装置来对二次拉拔后的联拉管进行冷却，从而来降低联拉管的温度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、使用方便、冷却效果好的一种循环冷却水装置。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种循环冷却水装置，所述冷却水装置包括设有进口端和出口端的外壳、喷水环、进水口、出水口以及密封装置，所述喷水环安置在外壳内部，所述进水口设置在外壳上方，所述出水口设置在外壳下方，所述喷水环安置在进水口下方，且与进水口接通。
优选的，所述外壳上方设有两个进水口。
优选的，所述冷却水装置包括2个喷水环。
优选的，所述密封装置分别安置在冷却水装置的进口端和出口端。
优选的，所述密封装置为圆形密封垫或方形密封垫。
通过上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型结构简单、使用方便，其可以对进入冷却水装置内的联拉管进行冷却，从而降低联拉管表面的温度。

参见图1所示，本实用新型一种循环冷却水装置，所述冷却水装置包括设有进口端11和出口端12的外壳10、喷水环20、进水口30、出水口40以及密封装置50。
本实用新型设有两个进水口30、两个喷水环20，所述喷水环20安置在外壳10内部，所述进水口30设置在外壳10上方，所述出水口40设置在外壳10下方，所述喷水环20安置在进水口30下方，且与进水口30接通。
本实用新型密封装置50分别安置在冷却水装置的进口端11和出口端12，所述密封装置50为圆形密封垫或方形密封垫。
本实用新型密封装置50由丁腈橡胶制成，其耐油性极好，耐磨性较高，耐热性较好，粘接力强。
本实用新型在使用时，联拉管从冷却水装置的进口端11进入，冷却水从进水口30进入，并通过喷水环20喷射到联拉管外表面进行冷却，降低联拉管温度；冷却后的水从出水口40排出，当联拉管冷却完全后通过冷却装置的出口端12，最后在清除联拉管表面残留冷却水。
本实用新型还可以在冷却水进水管路上安装电磁阀，当联拉管前端通过冷却装置时，冷却水阀门打开，对联拉管进行冷却，当联拉管拉拔完毕后，冷却水阀门关闭；避免冷却水进入到联拉管内。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环冷却水装置，其特征在于：所述冷却水装置包括2个喷水环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环冷却水装置，其特征在于：所述密封装置分别安置在冷却水装置的进口端和出口端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环冷却水装置，其特征在于：所述密封装置为圆形密封垫或方形密封垫。
