本实用新型是一种石英连熔炉,包括炉体,炉体上设有炉盖,炉盖上设有入料口和排气口,炉体内设有坩埚,坩埚外设有加热装置,坩埚底部设有料台,料台上设有成型出口,成型出口处设有与芯杆相接的成型器,在坩埚的上部设有与所述入料口相接的原料均匀分布器,所述的原料均匀分布器设有外圆锥体,外圆锥体在锥尖处与入料口相接,外圆锥体的锥底为田格式筛网结构,在外圆锥体的锥底上设有与外圆锥体同轴设置的内圆锥壳,内圆锥壳由筛网构成。本实用新型通过在入料口连接有原料均匀分布器,改变所投入石英原料垂直的流向,使石英原料均匀细化并多方位定向地靠近加热网进入熔融区进行熔化,降低了原材料的消耗,提高了石英玻璃管成品的质量。

 本实用新型涉及一种连熔炉,特别是一种石英连熔炉。
背景技术
目前,公知的石英连熔炉原料是从连熔炉顶端口投进后经过网状发热体筛孔直接进入钨坩埚进行熔化。石英原料垂直进炉后,会分布不均匀,原料之间的质量差异也无法均衡,进而没法保证同一批次或同一根石英玻璃管的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理,使用方便,能使原料分布均匀的石英连熔炉。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案来实现的,本实用新型是一种石英连熔炉,包括炉体,炉体上设有炉盖,炉盖上设有入料口和排气口,炉体内设有坩埚,坩埚外设有加热装置,坩埚底部设有料台,料台上设有成型出口,成型出口处设有与芯杆相接的成型器,其特点是:在坩埚的上部设有与所述入料口相接的原料均匀分布器,所述的原料均匀分布器设有外圆锥体,外圆锥体在锥尖处与入料口相接,外圆锥体的锥底为田格式筛网结构,在外圆锥体的锥底上设有与外圆锥体同轴设置的内圆锥壳,内圆锥壳由筛网构成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过在入料口连接有原料均匀分布器,改变所投入石英原料垂直的流向,使石英原料均匀细化并多方位定向地靠近加热网进入熔融区进行熔化,使炉中的预热区、熔融区、澄清区更加明显,降低了原材料的消耗,减少了大规格厚壁玻璃石英管的气泡气线,提高了石英玻璃管成品的质量。

参照图1,一种石英连熔炉,包括炉体5,炉体5上设有炉盖,炉盖上设有入料口2和排气口,连熔炉两入料口2改为一入料口2,炉体5内设有坩埚1,坩埚1外设有加热装置,坩埚1底部设有料台,料台上设有成型出口,成型出口处设有与异形芯杆相接的成型器,在坩埚1的上部设有与所述入料口2相接的原料均匀分布器,所述的原料均匀分布器设有外圆锥体3,外圆锥体3在锥尖处与入料口2相接,外圆锥体3的锥底为田格式筛网结构,在外圆锥体3的锥底上设有与外圆锥体3同轴设置的内圆锥壳4,内圆锥壳4由筛网构成,筛网的网眼为向锥底倾斜的斜坡状网眼。
石英原料从入料口2经原料均匀分布器分布器,通过外圆锥体3的锥底或通过内圆锥壳4从锥底出来,形成雾状定向喷洒靠近加热装置的网状发热体处,再进入坩锅进行熔炼,同时对坩锅的高度也进行相应调整,使炉中的预热区、熔融区、澄清区更加明显,不但提高了石英玻璃液在成型前的脱气能力,同时大大地减少了大规格厚壁玻璃石英管的气泡气线,满足了电路芯片制造工艺和光伏产业对石英玻璃材料的质量要求。

1.一种石英连熔炉,包括炉体,炉体上设有炉盖,炉盖上设有入料口和排气口,炉体内设有坩埚,坩埚外设有加热装置,坩埚底部设有料台,料台上设有成型出口,成型出口处设有与芯杆相接的成型器,其特征在于:在坩埚的上部设有与所述入料口相接的原料均匀分布器,所述的原料均匀分布器设有外圆锥体,外圆锥体在锥尖处与入料口相接,外圆锥体的锥底为田格式筛网结构,在外圆锥体的锥底上设有与外圆锥体同轴设置的内圆锥壳,内圆锥壳由筛网构成。
