Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种高吸湿且整片去除的伤口敷料。该伤口敷料包括垫层、无纺布或织物的基材层、涂有不干胶的带孔薄膜层和离型纸,所述无纺布或织物的基材层由交联羧甲基纤维素纤维制成。本实用新型的伤口敷料特别适合慢性伤口治疗,携带方便,安全无毒。

Description

高吸湿且整片去除的伤口敷料
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种高吸湿性而且可以整片去除的纤维类伤口敷料。
背景技术
众所周知,湿强度小的伤口敷料由于在去除过程中易破损而加大伤口护理工作的困难程度。一般伤口在24小时内约有50ml的渗出液。现代敷料的特点就是吸收伤口渗出液并创建湿润的环境,以提供伤口愈合的最佳状态。目前已经开发了包括众多新材料的伤口敷料(如海藻酸钠),从而比传统纱布能吸收更多的伤口渗出液。以海藻酸钠为材料的伤口敷料为例,这种敷料可吸收的渗出液可达自身重量的20倍之多。最常见的较大的伤口敷料(10x20cm)的重量一般为2-3g,在充分吸收后,这种敷料可以重达60g或更多。如果伤口敷料湿强度小于60g(~0.6N),换药时敷料可能会因湿强度低而破损造成敷料更换困难。
美国专利申请WO 2010/061225公开了一种用于伤口敷料的吸水材料,即不溶于水的纤维素烷基磺酸盐。为了提高湿强度,采用现有技术的“加强纤维”,的双组分纤维或者是有机溶剂纺纤维素非凝胶纤维。该双组份纤维的横截面中含有两种成分,低熔点的成分及高熔点的成分。但是这些“加强纤维”吸水后不会成胶,因此在敷料“粘”在伤口上时就不能用生理盐水把敷料“洗”掉从而带来一些护理上的不便。
因此,本实用新型提供一种具有高吸湿性、高保湿性及凝胶性的同时,还具有更大的湿强度的伤口敷料。
实用新型内容
本实用新型涉及一种高吸湿性而且可以整片去除的纤维类伤口敷料。
本实用新型提供一种伤口敷料,包括垫层、无纺布或织物的基材层、涂有不干胶带孔的薄膜层和离型纸。本实用新型的伤口敷料是层状结构,该层状结构由垫层、无纺布或织物的基材层、涂有不干胶的带孔薄膜和离型纸组成。
本实用新型的伤口敷料的垫层通过涂有不干胶的带孔薄膜与基材层结合。
本实用新型的伤口敷料的基材层是无纺布或织物,其该无纺布或织物由交联羧甲基溶剂纺纤维素纤维制成。
当使用本实用新型的伤口敷料时,将离型纸层揭开。
与现有技术的伤口敷料相比,本实用新型的伤口敷料具有以下特点:具有高吸湿性、高保湿性及凝胶性,同时具有更大的湿强度;使用简单,携带方便;适合于慢性伤口敷料。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的伤口敷料包括垫层、无纺布或织物的基材层、涂有不干胶带孔的薄膜层和离型纸。
在一个优选实施方式中,本本实用新型的伤口敷料具有由垫层、无纺布或织物形成的基材层、涂有不干胶的带孔薄膜层以及离型纸组成的层状结构。
图1为本实用新型伤口敷料俯视图,其离型纸已揭开,图中所示的1为交联羧甲基纤维素组成的基材层,2为涂有不干胶带孔的薄膜层,3为垫层。
图2为本实用新型伤口敷料剖视图,包括离型纸。如图2所示,1为离型纸层,2为涂有不干胶带孔的薄膜层,3为由交联羧甲基纤维素制成的基材层,4为垫层。

Claims (4)

1.一种高吸湿且整片去除的伤口敷料,其特征在于该伤口敷料包括垫层、无纺布或织物的基材层、涂有不干胶的带孔薄膜层和离型纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷料,其特征在于使垫层通过涂有不干胶的带孔薄膜层与基材层结合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷料,其特征在于无纺布或织物的基材层由交联羧甲基溶剂纺纤维素纤维制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷料,其特征在于离型纸层在使用时被揭开。
