 本实用新型属于生物设备技术领域,更具体的说是一种二元酸生产过程中使用的二元酸胺化釜。
背景技术
胺化是放热反应,合成胺化在常压液相低温进行,需要冷却,高温胺化时为了补偿热损失,需要加热或将反应物预热。氨水是应用最广的胺化剂,优点是操作方便、普遍适用,在高温时,对被胺化物有一定溶解度。现有技术一般采用氨水胺化,采用氨水胺化时,为了避免生成仲胺、叔胺以及水解生成羟基化合物等副反应,氨水一般要过量许多倍,增加了生产成本;现有技术一般采用低温常压胺化,采用低温常压胺化时,产品质量不易控制,产品质量不稳定,现有技术的高温胺化釜结构复杂,操作维修不便,生产成本高。

为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种二元酸胺化釜,其具体方案为:所述的二元酸胺化釜由进料口、壳体、电热管、液氨进口、出料口组成,其特征在于壳体的内部下端设置电热管,壳体的上端设置进料口,壳体的下端设置出料口,出料口的一侧设置液氨进口。
